I decided to place an order then a week later after ME chasing them up they tell me my order was not in stock even though they decided to take my money and still not bother with telling me about my order anyway after several back and forth (again meaning me chasing them up) they took a week or so to even process (yes process not to get it but to actually put it through) my refund even though they said they would do that the same day I chased them up about my order.

After this I thought I’d give it a second chance ordered again but for a different type of vape (as I was in need of one hence the second chance) then again the same thing says my order will be sent out “today or tomorrow” then got nothing and when I decided to chase them up again they said they’re still trying to get the order.

Terrible service quick to take money but not to give the order or bother to tell you if they have any problems with the order unless you yourself chase them up.

Delivery fast and efficient, customer service exceptional, got the flavours I wanted. Thanks alot.

Just like all the others flavour i ordered not in stock and asking me to choose different flavours took them 4 days to tell me no stock , checked my bank and it’s gone to power vape UAE DUBAI so not sure what’s going on there ! Just received my refund

I’m another one who really wished I read the reviews before🙄. I’ve Been scammed here too along with many others I’ve now seen. Original store had 0 stock so tried these as their site looked so professional and realistic. Order was placed on 17th June Contacted me to tell me they were having more stock in and they would send out on 23rd June. Still not received so told them I would like a refund now being ignored after contacting on WhatsApp and their email. will be getting it back through bank. Bunch of absolute frauds.

Ordered and learned item had just gone out of stock. Sorted replacement items immediately and 2 days later had my revised order. Ultra rapid customer service postage and products. such a great experience!

Placed an order with these, after a week I emailed to ask if they had dispatched my order, they said had no stock (shouldn't have let me order then really) so I asked for a refund, after numerous emails & no replies & no refund i had to claim the money back through my bank. Won't use this company ever again!

Placed order close to 2 months and no product sent. I send an email and get no reply, send another saying I will contact my bank and then they reply and say it's out of stock and send next week. 3 weeks later and nothing, email and get no reply again. Send another email and say I will contact my bank and get a reply...surprise surprise. Reply says they will sent asap. 2 weeks later still nothing. Over 50 days for a 4 day order and I've Had to contact bank to claim money bank. Please don't bother with this company the response in reviews are lies there are much better suppliers out there that won't waste your time.

My order to Northern Ireland arrived just as quickly as previous mainland UK deliveries. The customs declaration was properly completed so there were no delays at the border. All items were well protected for the longer journey. International shipping is clearly not an issue for this company.

Got 3 different Hayati disposables and they all taste amazing. The blueberry one is my absolute favorite right now. Will definitely order more when these run out.

I ordered two vapes, got email confirmation but never got the product, when I wrote to them (about two weeks after purchase) they said it was out of stock (but they didn’t contact me?).
I told them I wanted a refund, and now 1 week later I still haven’t heard from them.

I placed an order for Shisha Al Fakher and paid extra for Royal Mail First Class 24-hour delivery. The tracking number provided never worked, and my order never arrived . I contacted the company and sent my order number (#5551) as requested, but after their initial response, they stopped replying completely.

I left a review expressing my concern and they responded publicly with the usual “sorry to hear that, please email us” — but that’s just to make it look like they care. I already emailed them and got no follow-up.

Be careful — just because they respond publicly doesn’t mean they’ll actually help you. I feel scammed, ignored, and disappointed. If you value reliable service, I would strongly advise ordering elsewhere

I ordered the new hayati vape and it arrived earlier than I expected. The vape was great and I loved the banana ice flavour. Overall a great experience from my end! Will definitely buy again once this gets over
