False advertisement on website about…
False advertisement on website about free delivery. Didn't come up in the basket with free delivery as stated in several parts of the website and item description. When I contacted the owner to rectify this, they simply said free delivery wasn't offered for the product I wanted to order, despite it being stated in several places. They then tried to claim that it said this in the description. If they're going to attempt to lie, they could have at least changed the description first (!).
Instead of just honouring what they wrote and advertised on their website, they continued to try and lie. I wonder what else isn't what it seems on this website. Proceed with caution.
Note: beware of the blatantly fake positive reviews of this place on TrustPilot.
UPDATE: they say it's clearly mentioned on the product page. Yes, it is now AFTER I complained and posted this review. I literally have screenshots of what it was before they changed it. Shameless liars.

Although you didn’t mention the product name, we believe you may be referring to the Fix Dubai Chocolate, which is the only item currently excluded from our free delivery offer over £25. This is clearly mentioned on the product page, as the chocolates are directly imported from Dubai, and due to their delicate nature and additional handling requirements, standard free shipping doesn’t apply.
That said, we completely understand how this may have been overlooked, especially if the general offer is mentioned elsewhere on the site. We never intend to mislead our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry if this caused any confusion or frustration.

I ordered some vapes like one week ago, I received a mail saying that the stock is out so I emailed with someone else saying that they will send me other vapes that I chosed but since this moment I have no info of Nothing and I obviously didn’t get payed back

On the day I posted my review, I found an alternative email address that prompted a response, it seems I switched two numbers of my order number and it took them a time to find the right one.
They have made a full apology for the initial delay and hopefully me pointing out the need for better communication, this should not happen in the future.
I wish them all the best in the future and will use them again when needed.
