I have been using Premiumize for streaming, for almost a year now, used different services previous. Premiumize is by far the best of the rest, IMO. I have used all of the big services over the past several years, and Premiumize takes the cake. I never have an issue finding a link to what I want to watch, the links are always reliable, and the customer service is top notch, IMO.
I recently had a question and reached out to the CS team, and got a timely reply back. Being one of the top services, IF NOT THE TOP SERVICE in their category, I can only imagine the number of CS messages they deal with daily. My question was answered within several hours of posting, and the reply was from a REAL PERSON....not a bot. They did what needed to be done to assist me, and we were able to close out the request.

My final words are this; YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you want the cheapest service, cheap is what you get. If you want a quality service, you have to pay for it, it may be a bit more, but in the end, I bet you don't regret it.

I've been a Premiumize.me customer for over 5 years and never had zero downtime. The speeds are consistently blazing fast and the debrid service just works flawlessly. Cached torrents are instant, and I really appreciated the downloader service (especially when I'm travelling, nice to have stuff just wait for me when I get home). I even used the VPN here and there (nice to have the option, though I don't use it day-to-day) and it was always 100% stable.

What I love most is the rock-solid stability. I’ve tried a few other providers, no one delivers the blend of services at this level of quality. The fact that they keep delivering without without jacking up the price makes it even better :D

If you’re on the fence – just go for it. I’ve been here for years and I’m never leaving. Premiumize is the gold standard for a reason. Highly recommended!

I changed from RD because I was having terrible issues with their streaming links, in my opinion nothing compares to Premiumize, they may be more expensive than their competitors but my view is you get what you pay for.

Customer service is also top notch and very helpful in resolving any issues you may encounter.

One of the best debrid service i ever used

This is a very good service. I only use streaming services so it didn’t work for me, but it has so many features and other avenues for the user that I do recommend this. The Customerservice is the best out there they look at your account they analyze it for you and they get back with you pretty quickly so I’m very pleased with that.

It took me more than a year to realise that Premiumize is much more than a debrid service but when I did it opened a whole new world for me.
It looks like they are really expanding their services and giving more and more value to its customers, so it looks like a no brainer to me. To understand what I am saying people need to look at the vast number of "features" that they offer.
But at the same time, I also hope that they improve their bandwidth to regions like India (where I stay) as I many times face buffering issue while watching a 4k movie. With the rapid rise in income levels India is fast becoming an important region for services, so it would also be better for Premiumize to give some love to that region taking future into consideration. The day they do that I would rate it 5 star instead of 4.
But I have high hopes from them as they seem to have some really good brains.

Absolutely fantastic. High speed downloads without having to exchange currencies. I've been using it for a year and I have had almost no issues. Still paying for it to this day.

Slow in responding as I get a response back with back and forth emails.i signed up for 3 months initially. Are their any special pricing for the holidays time end of the year?

I had an issue using my Amex card on the site (turns out an Amex issue). I sent in a support issue to Premiumize via email. I was not expecting a very prompt response. I was super surprised I got a reply very fast, and very useful.

This was my first support issue, and the response made me feel happy to be using Premiumize.

they have suspended my account (conveniently a few days after I dropped the Paypal dispute) for no apparent reason. Avoid this company at all costs. Look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a great premiuim service. Maybe some of your services that may be cheaper you might want to checkout premiumize.me their customer service is in my opinion behind compare, Every situation that came uo they reply within a day or two with a solutions to your problems. So give it a try and see the differnce and i am noticing more and more addons are using this service. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Brian

I've used the service for about seven months and it's been flawless. I've referred friends and recently tried to add additional service but made a mistake in how I purchased it. The mistake was entirely mine. I wrote a message to customer support, but had low expectations for a response or resolution, but they replied the following day with a full refund. This is the way to do business.

I have been using premiumize.me since the demise of Real Debrid late 2024 and I am somewhat dissapointed. With premiumize the video link streaming can be very difficult I get lot "no streams available", lots of lipsink and video stutter.
I use three different devices, a shield, raspberry pi and now a new firestick and they all exibit the same
problem. The guys at premiumize are very good with their advice and I have endlessly tinkered with all settings but no matter what I do it does not correct these problems. I will not be staying with Premiumize when my contract is up.

This service is excellent, I'm not that tech savvy so if ur in that category it might be little frustrating in the beginning but all you have to do is email them and there's always someone to help and there very patient.
