Pride Hearing Opiniões 

I booked my appointment online for 21.12.2025 on December 3rd and received a confirmation message. Two days later, I received a call from Pride Hearing during which I was asked the same questions I had already provided online, and my appointment was confirmed again by their employee.
On December 18th, I unexpectedly received another call informing me that, due to a sudden lack of availability, my appointment had been cancelled. I was offered alternative dates; however, none of them were suitable given the short notice. The representative informed me that, in this situation, I could book a new appointment in the new year.
I was very much looking forward to this appointment, as I am currently experiencing significant discomfort and was hoping to find answers. This appointment was important to me, and its cancellation has been extremely disappointing. I do not understand the purpose of confirming a booking multiple times if the appointment is ultimately cancelled and the time slot is given to someone else.

So much for this firm.
I AM deaf from birth in one ear.
I'm under the hospital with my
Good ear. Of which it is nearly
Deaf. I got intouch with this firm
When the came they said how
Hearing aids will make a fast
Improvment after I told them it
Will not they still sold me one.
They said your av 30 days money
Back but when you call them.
No one is there. And they say the
Manager will call you which they
Never do. No iv ad a pacemaker maker
Fitted it will not work. And that's
From the hospital. So I would not
Recommend them.

Friendly and helpful communication from booking right up until the end of my aunts appointment. She has dementia and I was filled with questions to ensure a smooth visit, all were answered with expertise and assured that everything would be done to make our visit as good as possible - which it was.

A mention to the receptionist and the lady who performed the procedure on the 5th December 2025, both lovely members of staff who I unfortunately didn’t get names, but were very warm and hospitable.

We will definitely be returning next time.

After the completion of a home hearing test (27/5/25) by Audiologist Jonathan Scott it was suggested that a pair of Starkey Edge MRIC hearing aids would be the answer to my hearing loss problem. On (2/6/25) I had a home visit by James Wright to fit the said hearing aids. I found both of these gentlemen to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had a service appointment yesterday from Thomas Samphier another extremely patient and likeable young man who addressed my questions with great professionalism. I contacted Pride Hearing after he left to order a set of wax filters and again was afforded wonderful friendly and efficient service by Danielle. Well done everyone.

We had an appointment for my 7 year old son today with Suzzane and I couldn’t be happier. My son’s ears are now free from excessive build up and he is much more happier and hearing better too.

Suzzane was very professional and talked my son through everything and explained the process clearly, using words and references that were relative to his understanding. I’d recommend PrideHearing to anyone.

Great service. Katie was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions very thoroughly throughout my visit. Quick and efficient, I was out in 15 minutes and my ear feels like new. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service - Katy was very professional but equally friendly - got me sorted out and hearing again after a thorough clean out which after over a week of suffering was heaven to me.

Excellent service from start to finish, from staff member: Paige. Very knowledgeable and professional. Only issue was the waiting time length, but she was very good at explaining the reason why and showed great hospitality. Would highly recommend. Great value for money too.

Having struggled with a blocked ear for over a week, the sheer relief of having my hearing back after being professionally cleared was off the scale. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and about as far away from an antiquated doctors surgery as you can get. The procedure itself was quick and painless and I was guided through each stage and my options were always made very clear to me throughout. All in all, i can’t recommend them enough.
