Der Kundenservice antwortet sehr schnell und ist unglaublich herzlich. Ich liebe die kreativen, fantasievollen und einzigartigen Designs. Es lohnt sich wirklich, hier zu bestellen, ich bestelle bereits zum zweiten Mal, weil ich mit meiner ersten Bestellung so zufrieden war.

I ordered fire earrings several months ago and even though they were shipped from the Netherlands to Denmark and the earrings were handmade i got my earrings quickly. When I opened them there was a personal note addressed to me and every time I use them it just makes me smile. I absolutely love this site and the costumerservice is outstanding, there was a error with my adress and they wrote me on email to clear it up so there wouldn't be a mistake with shipping. I'm getting my ears pierced again so I can buy some more earring from primrose ♡

Ik bestel al langere tijd bij Primrose. De collecties zijn altijd super leuk en de kwaliteit van de sieraden is top. Hun aandacht voor detail en leuke communicatie richting klanten kan ik ook heel erg waarderen. Zeker een aanrader dus!

I’ve ordered twice now - 6 earrings each time - and all have been beautiful. I leave my jewellery in 24/7 - whilst this is obviously not recommended there has been no tarnishing or damage whatsoever, all the fastenings are secure and no green ears. Delivery is fast and without any issue

I bought from Primrose jewellery a few times and I got some earrings for christmas and birthdays and I can say these are really high quality. Those are the only earrings I can wear everyday without seeing any sign of damage, they're still super golden and shiny even after 2 years. Plus, I had an extra earring as a gift twice! Will definitely buy some more in the future!

Elke keer verassen ze weer met een unieke en originele collectie op hun site. Mooie sieraden. Goede klantenservice ook. Je krijgt via mail snel antwoord. Pakketjes hebben een snelle levertijd. Het is gewoon allemaal goed. Evt retourneren gaat ook makkelijk. Dat heb ik al eens gedaan.

Original (04/06): I have ordered from Primrose Jewellery before and loved the previous purchase (a necklace). Recently I decided to order another piece of jewelry from this company since the experience was amazing the first time - the hand written letter, the quality of the piece, how fast it was delivered etc. But this time, I wanted to order some earrings and chose a beautiful piece, an earthread to be precise. Was soo excited to get it. First the delivery was being postponed twice and when I finally received it today, I just noticed it's a single piece of earring. I immediately checked the website and it is stated but in my opinion it should be more visible, for sure above the "add to cart" button. Another thing is the piece is just really small and doesn't look as good when I put it on. Other earthreads that I own are much better quality, the little moon that is the main part of the piece, is only one-sided. When you move your head around and the earring starts spinning, you can clearly see the back is empty. And I also just found out the return process is not automated in any way and I would probably need to pay another 50kr for postage back to Primrose, which will be more than half of the order price being spent on shipping. Will hopefully resell... Also heartbroken to write this all but I think this is where my story with this company ends :(

J'ai déjà commandé plusieurs fois des bijoux sur Promrose Jewellery et je dois dire que je n'ai jamais été déçue. Des bijoux magnifiques et de bonnes qualité. De plus, il m'ont déjà offert plusieurs fois une boucle d'oreille en plus, comme cadeau. Un grand merci, je recommande !

Scrivo questa recensione dopo numerosi acquisti nel tempo: i prodotti sono davvero di ottima qualità, durevoli anche indossati costantemente; c’è una scelta molto ampia e si possono creare combo molto eleganti e diverse tra loro se si hanno più buchi per orecchio. Consiglio molto i loro prodotti. Assistenza clienti efficiente e cordiale.

Efficacité 100%. J’ai rarement été livrée aussi rapidement avec un colis aussi bien emballé et présenté (boîtes, mousse de protection, mot de remerciement et explications sur la marque et les garanties).
