I have ordered from this company at least 4 times over the past years. The quality is amazing but what is even more impressive is the love and dedication you get from these girls: advice, custom orders, little gifts, solving problems: they got it all down. They are very easy to contact, fast to respond and incredibly kind. Best jewelry store in the Netherlands for sure!
And regarding their jewelry: so pretty, have had some pieces for over a year and they're still like new (wear them daily).

I absolutely love Primrose Jewellery. My favorite jewellery brand ever.

First off their earrings are so gorgeous! I have 4 pairs, and they're all just as nice quality and absolutely stunning, and they're all handmade, which is noticeable considering how perfect they are.

Not just that the earrings are beautiful and amazing quality, the whole experience is just so pleasant and makes my heart warm up because it's so cute. You get a handwritten note with every order, cute packaging etc. And don't even get me started on the customer service, the best, kindest ever. It's just exactly the type of brand I want to buy stuff from.

Primrose is my absolute favourite shop by now! I just love the design of the earrings and with how much love and care they are made. By now I have ordered a total of 4 times over the last 2 years and I have always been extremely happy with the products. On the homepage, as well as in the little booklet that comes with you earrings, it says that you shouldn't wear the pieces while sleeping, showering and so on. I usually take most of my piercings off before showering, although I do often still wear them while I'm sleeping. However, I have never really taken off my helix piercings since I bought them from primrose two years ago and they are still beautiful and have not discoloured at all. All of the pieces are always very durable and pretty and I can only highly recommend buying them! Aside from that, the contact between shop an costumer is also very easy. My package was delayed by 3 weeks because of some problem with FedEx and I wasn't able to track it down by myself. After a few days I contacted the shop and they answered immediately and tracked my parcel down for me. In addition to that, they also sent me a free piece for the trouble I had, even though it wasn't their fault that my package got stuck.
Overall I can only say positive things about this shop and I have never bought my earrings elsewhere since then.

Het is elke keer een klein cadeautje om uit te mogen pakken als ik de bestelling met de post heb ontvangen.
De prachtige oorbellen, het leuke handgeschreven briefje en soms nog een extra setje of oorbelletje er zomaar bij!
Ik ga hier nog heel wat jaartjes bestellen 😊

Had een bestelling geplaatst was de actie vergeten dus kreeg nog een exemplaar opgestuurd, dat exemplaar was beschadigd fotos van gestuurd en direct een andere gekregen, hele goede service zeker aan te raden!

Beautiful Quality Jewelry! Super fast shipping! Fantastic customer service. One of the pieces had a minor scratch but with one mail to the customer service I immediately received a replacement and it was here within 48 hours of my mail. Will definitely shop there again!

Inmiddels meerdere keren besteld en de laatste keer heb ik er als cadeautje een gratis oorbelletje bij gekregen, zo attent! De oorbellen zijn mooi/fijntjes. Perfect om je eigen 'earparty' te creëren. Ik ga er zeker vaker bestellen.
Klantcontact is ook goed. Er wordt snel en persoonlijk gereageerd.

Very happy with my experience! I ordered 6 earrings online and they all arrived 3 days later. They were very pretty but eventually did not fit with the wedding dress of my girlfriend. We sent it back and were helped exceptionally! Wow! What a service! They were so kind and understanding and we received our money back the same day that the earrings arrived back at Prim Rose. At Prim Rose the customer is the King or Queen and I believe more companies should take their example! Till the next time!

Jeg har nu 2 gange bestilt smykker fra Primrose Jewellery, og må bare erkende at både halskæder og øreringe er så smukke og virkelig god kvalitet. Derudover personliggøre de processen ved at skrive en lille hilsen til hver ordre, så man virkelig føler at der er tænkt på en!

Alt i alt en fantastisk oplevelse, og vil helt klart handle der igen!!

Wat een super prachtige sieraden!
Ik wist niet welke ik zou nemen, zoveel keus.
Toen er een setje niet op voorraad was had ik een mailtje gestuurd met een vraag erover. Binnen een dag had ik antwoord en stonden ze weer online! Helaas had ik al mijn bestelling geplaats.
Toen mijn bestelling binnen kwam (super snel) was er een lief kaartje geschreven en bleek dat ze de oorbellen waar ik een vraag over had als cadeau erbij hadden gedaan!

Ik heb gelijk nog een order geplaats met andere oorbellen waar ik mijn oog ook op had laten vallen <3 ik kon het niet laten.

When you buy an earring from their website you literally only get one single earring. Such a scam!

Absolutely stunning, high quality jewellery. I made my first order in early December and was so happy and impressed with my earrings I had another order in before the end of December - easily done as it’s hard the resist the beautiful, unique pieces. Customer service is excellent - so friendly and efficient plus delivery is very quick. Each order comes with a handwritten note which is a lovely touch. Without a doubt I’ll be ordering from Primrose for years to come both for myself and for gifts. I am really impressed with this great company :)

Amazing quality of jewellery, even better customer service! One piece was a bit wonky, so I lost it while wearing it. I told the lovely Primrose team and they will send me a new one immediately. So sweet and caring! 100% recommend, also because the pieces are timeless and I get so many compliments!

So I have know made around 4-5 orders over the last couple of years and I must say WOW! To everything! The quality is SO good! I am really bad and often wears my earrings for daaaays, and not once have I gotten green not once have a diamond or Pearl falled off, and dont get me started on the customer service❤️❤️ It is like no other service I have ever experienced! If I lived near by it would be my Dream place to work! Cannot reccomend enough!🌸🌸 5 million stars from me!!
