Ruth explained each form in detail and once we had given her the information to complete them we were emailed copies to print and sign. We were also given step by step instructions on what we needed to do with the forms so we could post them. Made our life so much easier and very cost effective, would highly recommend

Transfer of equity
We needed to apply for a transfer of equity. I am so glad we found this company. I spoke to Jacob first and he was extremely patient with my many questions. I then had a meeting with Ruth. She went through the whole process with me in detail and explained everything very clearly - and also patiently. She obviously knows the process back-to-front. I felt I was in very capable hands! The price was also good.

Property Transfer experience
This was initially something I had thought I would be able to do it on my own but upon reviewing the forms it turned out there was so much legal jargon that I had no option but to get someone who knew what they were doing and were property transfer experts. Fortunately, I was able to find Prime and this made it so so easier. I initially spoke to Jacob who gave me wonderful insights and guided me towards an appointment with Ruth who was very lovely and sent everything to me on the same day. I followed their instructions and was able to get everything submitted within a week and the experience was wonderful. I will definitely recommend Prime Property Transfers to anyone who is looking for an affordable service. Big props to Jacob and Ruth, please maintain this service!

Jacob is a con artist. We had to pull out of our deed transfer and he kept the money for himself. Do not use this company if you dont want to risk loosing money or worse a property.

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience and that your refund took longer than expected.
The delay was caused solely because we were unable to identify the original payment in our records, which meant additional checks were required before the refund could be processed. As soon as the payment was located and verified, the refund was issued in full. At no point were any funds withheld for personal gain.
We take customer feedback seriously; however, the allegation that a member of our staff is a "con artist" is entirely false and is a defamatory statement about an individual. We respectfully ask that this allegation be removed, as it is unsupported by the facts.

I came across prime property services…
I came across prime property services while browsing through other companies and decided on using this company as the reviews were good and I’m glad that I did because the whole process of getting the forms filled in was very straightforward from the initial contact with Jacob that explained everything fully and to Ruth who did the form filling in and explained the process of what needs signing at what times of the process
The part of the process done by Prime Property Services was completed within 24 hours and now it’s down to me to do the rest

Easy transfer of property deeds
