Property transfer and deceased name removed.
My case was for a property transfer and for a deceased person to be removed from title deeds. The whole process went very smoothly. Both Jacob and Ruth were very patient and no question was too much trouble for them. I feel confident that there will be no problems when the documents are submitted to the Land Registry.

Part transfer of a buy to let property
I used Prime transfers as an alternative to extortionate solicitor costs for my part transfer of an asset to my wife which is not a complicated legal process. I found the service to be friendly and thorough and everything they promised worked perfectly and in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the service.

Ruth made the process very easy and
Ruth made the process very easy and, when I had to change the ID forms she sent me the updated ones quickly. This meant I was able to complete my paperwork quickly. I didn’t think it would of been so easy as expected to need a solicitor so very happy overall with the service I received.

You know when you need legal help.
After the passing of my father I had to get everything changed over and when it came down to the property I rang land registry to inquire about what I needed to do and I when they told me that I would need this form and that form plus other forms as well I didn’t stand a chance of doing it on my own.
So I contacted Prime Property and a chap called Jacob help me set things up and arranged a meeting the following day with a very knowledgeable lady called Ruth who was absolutely brilliant making me feel at ease with stuff I know nothing about.
I very pleased with their service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone including my Family.

Best £400 I’ve ever spent totally recommend!
This was the best £400 I’ve spent. I was getting a migraine trying to navigate all the complicated forms I needed to fill in, and my transfer was anything but straightforward. Everyone on the team was incredibly helpful, and they got everything sorted in just one day. I’d definitely recommend them — life’s too short to give yourself a migraine over complicated paperwork.
