Horrific experience with this company

Horrific experience with this company. Ordered on 16th September still nothing. Have contacted the company and have a response but with the same lines over and over again- no sign of the trainers. Very misleading - they say 5-6 days delivery but this is not the case, and the items come from China- (so my emails say!!!) please stay away from this company- lucky I paid on credit card so have an open dispute with them.

Do not use. Misleading.

Leaving one star because it doesn't give the ability to leave none. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago, £13 shipping cost clearly states 5-6 days.

Item still not received and despite multiple emails with customer service and promises that it is now ready to be dispatched, zero progress.

Customer service are responsive but refuse to refund the shipping fee despite clearly misleading and refuse to cancel the order despite it not being processed or dispatched yet.

Won't ever use again, which is a shame as they appear to have access to some really cool items.

But probably worst online experience from someone who buys online a lot. You just can't treat paying customers this way and expect to run a successful business. Customer has no rights here it seems. I just want to cancel at this point and can't even do that.

Incorrect size sent and will not refund the delivery charges

I ordered my son a pair of yeezys. Waited 2 weeks for them to arrive only to be sent the wrong size! I had to return the yeezys at my own expense (£12.75) and they said they will not refund me the delivery charges even though it was their error! I will never use this 'company' again. I have been in touch with Emily a few times regarding the delivery charge refund and the last message was that she would speak to her supervisor, this was at the start of September (3rd) and I've not heard a thing back from her. I will now be taking this further 😡

Poor customer service and delivery

I’ve ordered a coat, payed and extra £20 for delivery it’s been over a week and haven’t heard anything back . I’ve emailed and called the customer service no response. It just says my order is being processed

Customer service dosent even answer…

Customer service dosent even answer emails sent so many

They sent me out wrong sizes shoes which were cheaper for them don’t answer there emails so they do not need to refund was willing to remove my bad reviews but the business is a joke the customer service dose not answer followed up 10 times to an email yes 10 but no answer to sending me the wrong sizes shoes supposedly fake but will give them benefit of the doubt but now they don’t fit since it’s a size down they sent I paid more for the size up so why can I not get the size up

Bought Yeezy Foams

Bought Yeezy Foams, unfortunately they didn’t arrive.
Contacted customer support and they got back to me straight away, looked into the matter and apologised. They said they would refund me, I was worried I had lost my money (£94)
The money was in my bank within 2days!! Even though I didn’t get my item I was happy just to get my money back!!

Unfortunately I received fake trainers…

I paid over the odds for some adidas trainers, but excited they had them in stock, I was concerned due to the reviews I had read but was reassured by Emily that they were sourced and authenticated before being shipped. To be fair to the company, Emily was in constant contact with me. They finally arrived. No adidas box, they were tied together with a cable tie and didn’t have any tags on. My partner is an adidas collector and confirmed they were fakes. The leather was different, the stitching was wonky and they were very poor quality. I raised my concerns and asked for a refund. I only had to wait a few days and I was refunded. Although the correspondence was good and the matter was resolved I will never use prime streetwear again.

Fake item sent directly from China!

Item was sent from China, and as expected, once opened the package I could see instantly it was fake. Had a weird inner label that no supreme item would have and the main label was incorrect. Don't waste you're time here. If I'd have known where they get their items I'd never have bothered in the first place. Items are probably shipped straight from Ali Express!
Also, just to add a further insult, I had to pay the shipping cost to get my refund!!!

Shipping takes too long

The products are of good quality. My negative review is based on their customer service and the lack of transparency with shipping times.

If you search and click far enough on their website they tell you it will take 10 business days to source the item, and a further 10 business days to ship. This information isn't clearly outlined when you purchase an item. I paid for express delivery and it arrived 18 days after I ordered. I also paid nearly £20 for shipping.

The trainers are immaculate, I can't fault the quality, however I paid almost an identical price to what I would pay in a commercial store due to the shipping (bought through here as out of stock elsewhere). Their products are good, but I wouldn't buy from here again simply because of the lack of communication and extortionate shipping costs. They also claimed they had sent me emails keeping me updated on my order, but the only emails I received were marketing ones.

Pay money, receive nothing

I waited 10 days after ordering and had heard nothing since the order confirmation email. I was buying shoes as a birthday present so arrival date was a factor. So I emailed and asked for the order to be cancelled and for my money back. They replied saying “the order is now complete” which is clearly rubbish, and gave me a tracking link that clearly stated that the shoes haven’t even been despatched yet. Also it’s big news to me that the shoes are coming from China - it said nothing about this on their website. In fact the address given is a London one. Please avoid this charlatan company. It’s clearly a scam. I’ll see if PayPal or my credit card company will refund me instead.

Buyer beware this company is operating illegally

Ordered a pair of trainers which never arrived. The company then claimed they had sent a refund which never materialised. They then said that my funds were held with Stripe and they have a dispute with them and can’t issue refunds. This cannot be true, I run 4 businesses and use Stripe and you can easily issue refunds. Not only that, I paid by credit card. They are acting illegally and against distance selling procedures.

Thank you for your review. We completely understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve encountered. Let me clarify what happened so you have a full understanding of the situation.
On July 2nd, Stripe informed us that they were closing our account and canceling payments made. This forced us to cancel all customer orders that had not yet been fulfilled because in that same communication, Stripe notified us that they decided to refund all customers payments placed during that time frame. Unfortunately, they also blocked our access to the funds at that point, meaning we were unable to issue refunds ourselves even if we wanted to.
Acting on Stripe’s email, we proceeded to cancel the orders, fully expecting that they would refund our customers as they had promised. However, after we canceled the orders, Stripe did not follow through. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them and urge them to process the refunds, they have failed to do so, leaving us in an incredibly difficult situation.
We have since advised customers to initiate chargebacks through their banks or credit card providers, as this has been the quickest way for customers to recover their funds while we continue to escalate the issue with Stripe.
We want to emphasize that this situation is entirely the result of Stripe’s actions. We have always prioritized the best interests of our customers and acted based on the information Stripe provided. We are still actively working to get any remaining funds owed to our customers released, and we will not stop until this is resolved.
Once again, we deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to push for a resolution.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This “company” sells fakes, half decent fakes, but fakes. Bought Yeezy 350 boost size 6 and was sent 5.5.! They sent them out in a pseudo box which was of poor quality, just like the trainners. They also took two payments from my account. Luckily the bank has refunded me.
