I ordered (December the 15th

I ordered (December the 15th, 2023) on Primestreetwear.com a Nike medium sized fleece hoodie: it was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Once I placed the order, I found out that the alleged hoodie was sitting in China, and there it remained for several days… while Xmas came and went and so long for my order which was supposed to arrive in time for Xmas! Meanwhile, the guy (Anik. Man or robot? Now I think the latter) answering my info request kept reassuring me telling me all was good. Well it was not! And then they took themselves off the web for several weeks making it impossibile to track the parcel. That’s when I realized I had been scammed.

Anyway… it gets better: after 21 days, after I had given up hope, I received this tiny, very tiny package… a package that size could not have contained a men’s Medium sized fleece hoodie. A BIG hoodie! An expensive hoodie! And anyway, even if they crammed it in the above mentioned box, it would certainly have been ruined. I mean… c’mon: who treats an expensive Nike product like that?!? They said it was a very rare product: so eventually, if the box really contained the above mentioned hoodie, why cram it like that? That’s certainly unprofessional.

Worst of all, as the delivery man explained to me, the invoice accompanying the package claimed goods for a value of 28 dollars: something was really fishy about the situation because I paid 170 euros! So, again following the delivery man’s advice, I did not accept the package and sent it back. And this not only because I reckoned it was a scam, but also because it was impossible to understand to whom I could have written to, in order to send the package back and ask for a refund. The whole thing came in in Chinese writing. One could say: ask the customer care service. Impossible because after the 29th of December, Primestreetwear.com simply disappeared from the web. Its web site was taken down or they took it down. I found out when I tried to track my order. Whern they put it back on, it was too late.

This said, please be aware that the business’ claim is not honest: they claim to be a Swiss based company. Be that as it may, but then the whole thing takes off in China. On their website, they do not say so. One just finds out when it is too late...

Items are fake

Items are fake, ok fakes but don’t pay these prices. You can buy from other websites selling fake brands for a fraction of the cost.i compared items to those my son bought from a fakes site and they are the same. My emails were responded to and delivery whilst late for Xmas did arrive in ok time.

Towards the end of 2023 we received a massive increase in orders which we were absolutely not ready for which led to lower inspection quality because the team was not big enough at the time. We are still trying to make up for the mistakes made in the past so please let us make it up to you and let us get in contact at contact@primestreetwear.com. We do not sell fakes and we always inspect and quality check our products, we have improved a lot since late last year.

Scam Scam Scam Bought through this site…

Scam Scam Scam Bought through this site and when I went to track parcel site no longer existed. Sent an email and got a standard reply saying website down cannot help. Bought through PayPal so hoping to get money back but reckon that’s £250 I will not see again. Angry with myself but really thought it was a genuine website

Bought 2 Stussy T-shirts for my son

Bought 2 Stussy T-shirts for my son. No replies to my emails. And now the site seems to have disappeared! Fuming as have paid a fortune for these

Edit: I am now receiving emails saying that there is an issue with Spotify but IF I have received an email confirming my item has been dispatched then it is on its way.

I have NOT received an email saying it’s been dispatched. All I want is a refund for £143.99 which includes shipping protection. This order was made on 26/12/23 with 5-7 days shipping. THIS IS CLEARLY NOT GENUINE and I am constantly being rebuked with supposed holding emails.

Not good enough. I want a refund. This is not genuine.

I got my stuff with no any major problems

I got my package 11 days after ordering i ordered a trapstar windbreaker it came in a box 🤣 and had no tags but the quality is good and im lowkey satisfied i think i probably got my order cus i paid for shipping protection but oh well atleast i didnt get scammed

J'ai fait une commande le 4 décembre 2023, le montant a bien été prélevé sur mon compte 201,90 euros.
A ce jour, je n'arrive à ne joindre personne, le site marchand n'est plus actif. Evidemment je n'ai pas reçu ma commande dont voici le numéro de suivi : Chronopost EB803992960CN.

Hoodie that I have received is a fake do not order from this site it is a scam. Refund requested urgently. So disappointed, the quality and print of the hoodie that I paid over £100 for is awful and is not the real brand!! Total fake!!!

Awful - item didn’t arrive! Fighting to get refund

Ordered Stussy t shirt on 28 Nov with 5-7 day delivery. Not arrived. Requested refund and this was agreed on 29 Dec. Now notice that their website has been taken down so wondering if I will ever get my refund. Awful. Should have checked the reviews before ordering. My advice is to order direct from Stussy website (keep an eye out for drops) - arrived in 2 days with free stickers too.

Wish I had read the reviews first…

Wish I had read the reviews first…. Shocking customer service, still have not recieved my son’s Christmas order 2 weeks later. Prime said they had sent the order and Royal Mail still saying they are waiting to receive. Sent 2 emails asking for them to chase up and in one of the emails the reply was and emoji thumbs up!!! I will be speaking to my bank and also the ombudsman about this company. Do not use this company !!!

CHINA RETURN

Please be aware that when requesting a return you are required to send it back to china and provide a tracking code. The address provided by the company is below and return postage costs are paid by yourself. China is notorious for loosing parcels and this address is very difficult to input /understand in any tracked courier service. BE AWARE.

I had to apply for a refund due to someone else buying the same jumper I ordered from this site.
The company answered my emails straight away and processed the refund straight away.
It reaches my bank within two days.

The company takes ages to reply

The company takes ages to reply. I order a jacket med size but when it came it was a crop top. They says it gonna take 5 to 7 days but I have to wait 16 days but the good thing is when I told them the problem they were a lit strict with the refunding but at the end of the day they gave me my money back in another 15 days 5 days it takes to talk to them and 10 days for refund

Trying to arrange a return and refund. I tried the chat twice, also emailed them. I can't see anything on the Web page only advise to contact Web chat. Still no response. Very disappointed there is only 7 days to return the t shirt.

The customer support is outstanding and…

The customer support is outstanding and replies were efficient and useful. The product is high quality and even though delivery was longer than expected the customer service helped massively with the whole process. I would recommend to anyone looking for high quality clothing.
