Signal should be improved. No internet connection in some areas. The signal must be upgraded. Otherwise, i will leave Primetel. 3/5 as i am customer for the last 4-5 years.

The worst service ever!
I have been waiting for internet for 20 business days!!!
Now I have delays because they need the access to roof - so these 20days were not enough to tell everything they need.
Bad, very bad!

Η Primetel συνέχισε να με χρεώνει την δόση της συσκευής μου για δύο μήνες μετά την εξόφλησή της. Συνέχισε να με χρεώνει επίσης την υπερτιμημένη αξία του συμβολαίου που έληξε ΧΩΡΙΣ ΝΑ ΜΕ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΏΣΕΙ.

One of the worst service provider in the whole world, they only give unfulfilled promises, trying all the methods not to refund the money.

The most terrible experience ever...
I am with out cell phone service for 12 hours and counting...Changed my plan and my phone was supposed to be out of service for 5 minutes, it's been 12 hours and still nothing... I spent over one hour on the phone with them... still nothing...
There Tec support is trying to solve it FOR 12 HOURS + and they still didn't manage...
No respect for there customers...
Staff unable to assist, transfer your call from one to the other...

Horrible. Useless.

Useless company. I just wanted to know the cancellation fee for one of their services. According to the online T&Cs, the information is on their website. It isn't. I contacted customer service but they also don't know what the cancellation fee is. Customer service is rude and ignorant.

Why would I sign up with such a company when they can't even handle the basics?

I've been with PrimeTel for several years, they were never great, but the available competition were even worse. Recently they've been terrible. Constant drop outs. Internet connection becomes non-existent several times every day, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes. Totally unreliable.
Even when it's working "properly" speeds are horrendously slow across all my devices.
UPDATE: Now down. No Internet. No phone.
Update2: Gave them another chance. Engineer came to the house. Supposedly fixed. 2 days later it's down again. Another engineer came, said the problem was with the network. A few days later it's working properly again, I got a call from an engineer checking it was working - so far, so good. Now, just a couple of weeks later I'm getting constant dropouts again. My connection has dropped 4 times just today.
No more. Just arranged to switch suppliers.

Worst telecom company in the world. No reception, cannot talk properly with the other side and continuously phone is off with no signal..

They are a scam! Not only do they give your information to spam and scam accounts they will sell you SIM cards that don’t work! Worst costumer service and they will not refund you for the money they stole.

If I could leave a 0 star review I definitely would have. Doesn't even deserve a single star. I bought a sim card from a store which didn't work. Simply said no service. After speaking with 6 different people and spending hours of my time I was told the only solution was to go to a specific prime tell store which was miles away from me. Basically stole 20 EUR off me. Disgrace of a company. Wouldn't buy anything from here again or recommend to a soul on this planet. Joke of an establishment.

Avoid guys is a scam, they have terrible routing 100+ ping with Greece (cyta has around 30 ping) i call them they don't care and say its on my end

I moved here 2 weeks ago, got internet installed with primetel and after two weeks it stop to work. I called the customer support on a saturday just taking a chance and 1h later there had been an really professional technician here fixing it! Amazing, thank you for quick assist.

The worst internet company in cyprus. Thiefs. I had 8 and pay €21.iupdated the contract in 20 cost €25 and instead of 20 i have 8.Their technicial tall me i have29(i check it and it was 8,even their telephone cener admit it. i contact thel and they are full if excuses and now they say can't offer that package because now only 100 speed can offer and i have ti pay even more. SHAME OF YOU, THIEFS WITH NO RESPECT TO COSTUMERS.

Absolute sh!t! Scam, thieves. How come there's no investigation on these scum? They are literally STEELING money and getting away with it. Absolute horrible service, the worst connection on Internet and comes with TONS of disconnections. Unable to work from home, unable to sit comfortably and watch TV. The Internet line is so poor, I upgraded for better Internet but nothing happened except paying more. You scum, you thieves! No wonder thought, we are in cyprus. The corruption capital of Europe. Enough comments this thieving system needs to stop, someone need to be held accountable and pay.

Very bad. With them for years. Today we decided to upgrade our router after years. It's been 5 hours and still no internet. We called customer service, keep saying they'll fix it within the hour. We explained we need it for our jobs. They offered 5GB till they fix the problem

In the beginning, they used to fix every problem immediately. It is been 3 months now every week we call them that there is an issue with the internet but they are doing nothing about it

Very bad i am 5 year with them and there is a problem everyday i call them to fix it they tell me to restart my wifi i hope they go bankrupt

Worst company in Cyprus.dont give your money in prime tel. Very bad wifi, service is 1/10, tv 0/10. Plus is 70 euro every month.
