Wat een fijne club dat Printumo! Ergens ging iets mis met de bezorging van mijn bestelling. En ja, het was heet! Die hittegolf hielp dus ook niet echt mee. Maar.....Sam van Printumo kwam onmiddelijk in aktie en hield contact tot en met de definitieve levering.
En dan heb ik het nog niet over de printkwaliteit gehad. Geweldig!

All of my expectations were met when the package arrived in less than a week of the order. Packaging, quality of the canvas print, and the floating frame had perfect corners, and the hanging wire and hardware were just right. I find email responses are very quick and answer all the questions and queries. Well done Printumo, I'm looking forward to ordering more canvases soon. Often promises seem too good to be true, but my experience is that the culture of Printumo is service oriented and I am a very happy client. My first canvas and frame were for my home and based on that experience I will be very confident that my clients will appreciate what I have. Thanks Printumo Team!

I was an artist that built a portfolio on this platform and there I published more than 350 compositions (many of them received different international awards!) - but I didn't have any sales even I made lot of efforts for more than seven, maybe eight months!
Probably it is a good experience for clients who want prints (I thought!) but it isn't for artists, for sure it is not!
At this moment I deleted my entire portfolio and I'll cancel my account on Printumo - it wasn't a pleasant experience!

I've been using Printumo to print my original artwork for some time now, and I'm absolutely delighted with the service.
The platform is very easy to use. The delivery is quick, and the quality of the canvas prints is outstanding. Whether framed or unframed, they always look so good. It's so cool to be able to see my artwork in different sizes.

I had very positive experience with Printumo so far, regarding the quality and fulfillment of their prints. Customer service was friendly and helpful, and supported me in manually implementing certain changes.

I had a situation where all my products were showing “Sold Out” so I was losing sales! I contacted the helpdesk late Friday hoping they could help on Monday. They picked up my message over the weekend and dealt with it yesterday Morning. The guys rectified part of the issue and when I had another glitch they sorted it immediately, explaining what had happened and why! Seriously good customer service! It’s very rare that I find this level of care so credit where credit is due! They stopped me launching my MacBook out the window and prevented me going totally bonkers!

I've been really impressed with Printumo's customer service. There was an isolated issue when I set up my Shop, but Sam at Printumo dealt with my concerns efficiently.
