Excellent quality prints and fantastic service

Printumo offer a fantastic service for artists. I am able to offer my artwork for sale on platforms like Etsy and Shopify without the need for maintaining inventory. This means I can offer lots of options in sizes and framing choices, the prints are made to order and usually shipped directly to the customer in a few days. The quality of the prints is outstanding! All my customers have been thrilled with them.

Short version: Initially disappointed with 6 art prints, but full refund offered.

I ordered prints of 6 1/1 edition artworks. Issues with "stretched" wrap (signature on edge, parts missing despite "no changes" claim), previews not matching, no cancellation possible despite request.

Support responded eventually, offered 50% discount then full refund – fair resolution now pending.

As artists, precise prints matter. Improved mockups/Storno would help. Overall: Okay after fix, but improvements needed.

Will consider reordering if quality improves.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely very sorry to hear how disappointed you are.

Regarding the “stretched” option, we’re sorry there has been confusion. When selecting a canvas wrap, the image does wrap around the sides of the frame and this should be reflected in the mockups shown on our website before ordering. No digital alterations are made to the file itself, but the physical wrap means the outer edges of the image continue around the frame. If what you received did not match the mockup preview, we would very much like to investigate this further as that could indicate a technical issue.

On cancellations, we do offer a default cancellation window after placing an order. This window can be extended up to 48 hours in the user profile settings. Once that window has passed and production has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. In some cases, we can contact the printing facility to request a stop, but this depends on the production stage. In your case, production was unfortunately already too far along for cancellation to be possible.

We also want to clarify that we did try to remain in contact since you reached out to Printumo. Our intention has always been to find a workable solution, even if we were not able to meet your expectations in this instance.

If you’re still open to it, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to review the files, mockups and outcomes again with you to see whether there was a technical issue or if there’s any further resolution we can offer.

Jacob Lund and his Printumo team are…

Jacob Lund and his Printumo team are highly incompetent and border on scamming artists. I hired their team to build my Shopify art print shop. The first draft of the shop was just a one-page random collection of information, including material from another artist and templates for products I was not offering. The second was better, but still full of mistakes. When I asked them to correct it, they threatened to charge me and complained that I was wasting their time. Klaviyo e-mail marketing templates were inconsistent, rife with mistakes, and rushed.

Then they blasted a marketing e-mail without coordinating it with me or providing proper instructions. The worst, due to their incompetence, every single item in my Shopify shop was shown as sold out. A rather poor introduction of your art to potential buyers.

When I asked to speak with the managers or founders of Pirntumo to rectify the situation internally, no one responded to my messages.

They also refused to issue even a partial refund and intended to keep the full payment for the incomplete, error-ridden project and poor service. Moreover, they gave a quote for the project in USD, but charged me in EUROS. Not to mention, there were hidden fees throughout the project, too.

Collaborate with Printumo at your own risk.

Very good prints, great service and easy to use.

The moment I heard of Printumo and visited their website it was clear to me that I would make use of their print on demand service. The reason is that it is very easy to get my paintings in multiple printformats printed on high quality paper or canvas. Their service and delivery is very quick and easy to understand. I am very happy that I found them.

Very bad etsy integration.
I haven't tested their prints yet, but they are not really encouraging to do it...

From startup to professional service

I’ve been working with Printumo since they started out, and they’ve been improving their services and platform ever since.

Now they are offering everything I could ask for, from international production and delivery, non hassle replacement if something gets damaged to fed ex tracked and flexible delivery, and the most important: pretty good canvas fabric and wood frame sturdiness as well as a good resolution printing quality.

I’m giving 4/5 stars because the printing resolution could be even more crisp contrast for black and white designs, (which is generally an issue with inkjet) and because there is no way to call then by telephone.

Anyway, overall I’m very happy with the printing platform Printumo and would recommend them over other services like gelato or merch one, and most definitely over having your canvas produced and managed and shipped by yourself.

High Quality Prints

Printumo is so easy to use and the reproduction and printing is of the highest quality. I have made two purchases and will definitely be making more. I am happy to recommend them.

Everything as promised

Good product quality. Shipping reliable so far. Quick support. Shopify integration works. The only thing is, you have to pay shipping for each print even if you have several prints in one order.

Best printing partner for my online art business

Thank God I found Printumo, otherwise I couldn't have launched my online art business. The canvas prints have a real feel quality to them. I mean the haptic is excellent. The printed canvas feels like touching a real canvas or linen painting, with all those textile fiber feel to it, unlike other providers which feel plasticky to the touch, as if you just ordered a picnic tablecloth wrapped on stretcher bars. Furthermore, the color quality is absolutely spot on. Printumo must be using some really good printing machines, because they got the right colors each time, and I tried a lot of different images with them. The customer support is excellent, they are available and easy to reach in the chat button. For me it was critical to find a canvas print provider that is not only based in the US, but also in Europe. Five Stars totally deserved.

Print Quality That Meets a Fine Artist’s Standards

The print quality is absolutely amazing, and the frame was superb — really beautifully finished. As a fine artist, these details matter hugely to me, and Printumo delivered on every level. The colors, canvas, and overall presentation exceeded my expectations.

On top of that, Silas was incredibly helpful throughout the process, assisting me with setup and patiently guiding me through everything. Excellent quality, excellent service — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fine art prints / Custom charges!

Following my previous review about Printumo’s canvas prints (which I found excellent and always delivered promptly), I wanted to share my experience with their fine art paper printing service. Unfortunately, I wasn’t as impressed this time.

First, it’s not clearly stated on the website that paper prints are produced and shipped from Denmark to the UK - I only discovered this once I received the tracking information. Actually, on pages like "where is my order printed" in their Help section, it clearly states the opposite: "Customer in the UK? We print and ship from London. UK example:
If you sell to a customer in the UK, their order is printed and shipped from London, meaning: No customs fees". Without making it clear that this is not the case for fine art prints. It feels like Printumo is actually making it really hard to find this info on the website (I'm yet to find it).

And talking about custom fees, I was contacted by FedEx yesterday and I will have to pay over £100 in Duties & Taxes charges for an order of six framed prints, something I definitely didn’t expect. And I'm now thinking I will receive a similar Custom payment request for a second print order (I made two different orders).

And then longer delivery times. While the website promises fast fulfilment and production within 2–3 days, that wasn’t my experience. After dispatch (usually after 5-6 days from the order), shipping can take up to two weeks, since it’s an international delivery.

As for the product itself, the print and frame quality was decent but not on par with their canvasses. I’ll continue ordering canvas prints from them, but won’t be using their fine art paper printing service again.

You’re absolutely right that our fine art paper orders to the UK are currently produced in Denmark, which unfortunately results in customs fees and longer delivery times. We are in the middle of updating our Help Center to make this distinction much clearer.

The good news is that our fine art paper production will open in the UK at the start of 2026, meaning all UK orders will then be printed and shipped locally — with no customs charges or long delivery times.

As an apology for the inconvenience this caused, we’d like to refund 50% of your customs charge. Please send your FedEx invoice or payment receipt to help@printumo.com, and we’ll process that refund right away.
