Great Quality Product! Happy Customer!
I recently made my first order with Printumo for a customer of mine who bought a fine art print of my artwork with a grey passepartout from my website. It took 12 days to arrive with tracking from Denmark to the UK (within the 10 business days). I did email Printumo during the processing period to find out exactly when the item would be shipped and they were quick to respond. She loved the product, said it looked more beautiful that the photo on my website. Thank you for a great quality product.

Having struggled to find a quality POD…
Having struggled to find a quality POD company that specialised in Wall Art and that was easy to use I found PRINTUMO and was blown away by how much easier their platform was than others. The artwork is set to the right ratios with the click of a button, the quality at various sizes noted and the variations can be done on mass. I set up my Etsy shop in one day, having previously struggled for over 2 weeks!

The quality of the paper is very bad.
(No density, no texture, flat colors, blurred)
They cut the "passe-partout" very clumsily.

Thanks for your feedback Nathan. We are of course very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the sample print.
After reviewing the file you uploaded, I can see that the resolution is very low. This directly impacts print quality, a low-resolution image will always appear blurry and lack detail when printed, regardless of the materials or printer used. In this case, the issues you’re describing are unfortunately a direct result of the file provided.
That said, we'd still like to help. If you’d like, we can assist with upscaling the file to a higher resolution so you can properly evaluate the actual print quality we’re capable of delivering.

Thank you very much to the team and especially to Frederick who helped me a lot, he is very responsive and pleasant and answered my questions quickly. I ordered a canvas with a frame and the quality is perfect! I'll be ordering more :).
