Photo album size issues


I ordered this photo album to display 8x10” pictures. I paid £53 with the stickers. Based on the product description, which states that the pages are 28 x 21 cm, I reasonably expected them to accommodate photos of approximately 25 x 20 cm.

While the album itself looks nice, it unfortunately does not fit 8x10” photos. The usable area of each page is significantly reduced—by about an inch—due to the holes along the edge, making the pages too small for the intended photo size.

I have contacted customer service but have not received a response so far. The product description would benefit from clearer information about the actual usable page size and the maximum photo dimensions it can accommodate.

DONT DO IT!

DONT DO IT!! Don’t order from Printworks. Don’t be fooled by pretty pictures. The “look” online doesn’t match the poor quality. And if you open the plastic to feel the playing pieces to discover they are cheap plastic, they won’t accept your return. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

As outlined in our 30-day return policy, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns requested outside of that timeframe. In addition, once the plastic seal has been broken, we’re not able to resell the item, which means we can’t process a return for opened products.

I have the worst experience I’ve ever…

I have the worst experience I’ve ever come across with a company taking accountability of their error. I purchased items and paid for 1-2 business day shipping to ensure the package came in time for Christmas. They shipped 3 day and tried to put the error on the shipping company. I told them to reroute the package back to them as I didn’t need the items if they were going to be after Christmas. They did nothing. When I received the package, it came after Christmas and the label clearly stated 3 day. They now want me to pay for the shipping to return the items after their employees mistake.

I never received my order and customer service has been dragging this on for over a month with no refund.

I am extremely disappointed, will never order again and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Peu de considération pour la relation client

Je suis très déçue par la gestion de mon dernier achat chez PRINTWORKS, non pas pour la qualité des produits, mais pour l’absence totale de flexibilité du service client face à un problème qui ne m’est en aucun cas imputable.

Ma commande n’a jamais été livrée : elle n’est même pas arrivée jusqu’en France…après 3 semaines d’attente, le colis a été retourné, puis automatiquement remboursé, sans que je n’aie jamais demandé ce remboursement.

Lors de mes échanges avec le service client — que j’ai souhaités courtois et constructifs — j’ai simplement demandé une solution permettant de recevoir les produits ou, à défaut, un geste commercial équivalent (par exemple un code de remise) afin de pouvoir repasser commande dans des conditions similaires. Cela m’a été refusé, sans aucune alternative, au motif de contraintes internes.

En conclusion, la seule alternative qui m’a été proposée a été de repasser commande au plein tarif actuel (donc sans la remise dont j’avais profité au moment du black friday) et sans aucun geste commercial, malgré un problème de livraison totalement indépendant de ma volonté. Une position que j’ai trouvée déplacée et peu respectueuse de la relation client.

Ik had twee fotoalbums bij Printworks besteld. Een van de twee had een kleine beschadiging in de letters op de voorkant van het boek. Aangezien het boek best wel prijzig is en ik bang was dat het snel verder kapot zou gaan, heb ik een mailtje gestuurd naar Printworks om het boek te kunnen ruilen. Ik kreeg enorm snel antwoord en er is gelijk een nieuw boek naar me opgestuurd. Ik vond het hele goede en vriendelijke service.

Both orders arrived damaged

Order a large photo album and stickers as gifts. Both arrived damaged.
Customer services offered to resend it. Arrived damaged again. Now only offering 20% refund.
Avoid this company. I should have trusted other trustpilot review as I have now paid 50+ pounds for a damaged album.

Terrible experience

Bought an album, payed for receiving it at home and they decided to leave it in a collection point instead of trying to hand deliver at home, as I have previously payed for. For sure I will never buy anything else.

Greatest customer care I've seen!

Ordered a Christmas gift for my mom, and unfortunately, it was broken when she was gonna use it. No problem for them to send a new item out. But, my mother became very ill and she live alone, so after 3 weeks the replacement was sent back. Print works ended up sending the package a third time, this time to me, who can collect it and hand over to my mom when she is recovered. Super good customer service and they did not charge for additional shippment even after I asked
