Excellent emergency boiler repair today........much appreciated because of the snow! After arriving home after a Christmas break to a freezing house and a broken down old boiler Jake came round assessed the situation and by 8am the next morning was here fitting a lovely new boiler.

We engaged Pritchards to install a new wetroom which entailed replacing wetwalls before fitting tiling, non slip flooring and a new bathroom suite. They also installed a water softener. Jake (the boss) & Jack were a very good team & knew their stuff. As we were on a time restraint they managed to finish the job before Xmas. We highly recommend them to future clients who want professional respectful plumbers. Thank you guys !!

Jake did a thorough and accurate review out our corroded flue from Whatsapps photo's/videos. He was able to accurately assess and quote and promptly attend our home to do the proposed repairs.

Jake is a true professional not only does he know his stuff - you expect that -but he sticks to his quotation, is punctual , courteous and respectful of your home ( cleans up properly ) and family .
