My gift card was immediately processed and ready to use. Convenient online redemption.

Several of the gift cards I have chosen did not offer the option to add to my Apple wallet. Nearly every gift card I have attempted to use at the various retailers has been a hassle.. the barcodes don’t work , the cashier has to enter the card information manually and more often than not, a manager has to be called to help.. at this point I end up having to tell the manager what they need to do to make it work because it happens so often, I know more about it than they do! I also have had many issues/frustrations with the remaining card balance not updating (showing the correct balance) both on your website or within apple wallet… recent examples of this issue.. I knew I had used “some” of a $25 Jersey Mike’s gift card but your website and Apple wallet said that the full $25 was available, this went on for many weeks where I would check over and over again trying to find out the remaining balance prior to using the card again and each time I checked it would give me the balance amount of the original full gift card amount but with a new “recent” date that the balance update had been updated.. like as of X date (2 days prior to my inquiry “ the balance is $25. I knew that the balance was not correct and I had used the card for a partial
Amount many weeks prior.. so I didn’t want to use the card again until the balance actually updated and showed that I had used some of the funds.. but again, I didn’t have record of exactly how much I had spent, I just knew that I had used it. The balance finally updated many weeks, maybe even a couple months after I knew I had spent some of it and said that I had about half left .. so I went to use the card again and found out that it really only had less than $1 left and once again , it was not correct on your website.
I do like the discount “sale” offers for select retailers and I like that you have a decent selection of participating retailers to choose from. Would love to see Amazon and Target as an option. Would love to see a Visa card that can be used anywhere or at least an option to change your mind and select a new retailer as an exchange for past selections that are unused.

Great came through with the goods fast and easy

I had a $187 gift card for AutoZone and the numbers were stolen somehow and no one could help me at all. I called everywhere including store that purchases were made at. Prize out is no help once they give you the numbers.

I feel it’s wrong that you can’t get balance if under $5, where does that money go?

It was nice to get a lil more than u paid for with the gift cards! Super easy process and extremely fast! The assortment of businesses was vast and varied so plenty of vendors to choose from!!

It was fantastic. This was the first time that I had used a prize out. I will definitely get them again. I loved the fact that I could gamble then go shopping and never have to leave my house.

Quick and easy to deal with

Accused of having multiple accounts after winning so never received last approximately $600 in gift cards that I should have received. Disputed and asked for proof but never received that nor my missing funds. They closed my account and never refunded even though they allowed me to add more money to my account just prior. I lost my money $120 as well as earned prize money.

Great service fast and easy

Prizeout is 5 stars all the way, even if one of your gifts is pending approval, they stay in touch every day with you and make sure they get it to you as quickly as possible. I am so looking forward to see who they can partner up with in the future to offer more rewards, because they for sure run an outstanding service.
