Pro-string limited Opiniões

After two hours of tennis after having my grip redone, handle started to completely rip. Very disappointed and asked for refund which was twice avoided. Was told it was normal to tear after such a short time although I’ve never experience/heard of that in over 20yrs of playing tennis.

Polite and accommodating service. Fast and knowledgeable restring for my squash racquet.

These guys were super amazing and friendly from the first initial call to the very end!

Super friendly service and amazing communication, will definitely recommend these guys!

For those that love stencils they got you covered too !

Super convenient service and very helpful advice from Ray on string type and tension. Thanks!

Great service, quick and easy. Happy to give advice on rackets, will defo use again for restringing.

Amazing service, quick and very friendly. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a racket strung.

Ray is the most knowledgeable stringer I have met. He really knows the need of f young High Performance junior players. Ray went out of his way to provide the best stringing for my son’s age and level.
Thank you.

Fantastic service, responsive, quick, helpful. Would use again and recommend

I’ve been using Ray at Pro-String for almost a year now. He responds quickly and gives advice over the phone. I drop my racket near me in London and collect it a few days later. His suggestions have been great, and I’ve been playing better with more control and power based on our discussions. Highly recommended!

I booked a same-day restringing service for my tennis racquet at the Acton location. The scheduling process was simple, and the service was fast and professional.

Quick to reply and they were very helpful to get me in at the last minute. Very friendly and quality service.

Got my racket restrung within the same day, great service and high quality at a good price!

Great communication and service, highly recommend!

Excellent service! Took 30 mins and did a great job!

Prompt restringing with conveniently located dropoff and pickup service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Great service and extremely fast turn around over the weekend. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

Ray does a great job restringing tennis rackets — quick turnaround and good quality. The courier service is a nice bonus and makes the whole process easier. Reliable and very easy to work with!

A pleasure doing business with Ray- very knowledgeable and easy to deal with for both buying/demoing a racquet and for stringing.

I’ve restrung my tennis rackets with Ray at Pro-String twice now. It has been an excellent service both times. The quality of the stringing is top class.

Ray is very friendly and responsive with updates and requests. The personal touch is a big plus. The service is very easy with multiple drop off locations around London, and the turnaround is very quick. The price is also very reasonable.

Overall the experience has been a pleasure. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it!

Amazing quick service, very good information about all different string set ups available that would be a quick fit for my weak wrist.
