Extremely reliable
Our first choice for same day every time and they never disappoint. I have worked with Proactive in my current role for roughly 7 years and we still receive the same excellent service. Always friendly and extremely reliable.

Reliable with A1 Service
Good company with quick informative replies and service. Prices so far have been on the higher end but with a high level of service and reliability this isnt a deal breaker.

Week End Job
Once again at a minutes notice i get an internal request for some logistical support / requirements over the week end . So i made the call to the customer service team at Proactive Despatch at 12.53 on Friday 27th January and by 12.55 the job had been booked e-mail confirmation had been received . Saturday morning i received an e-mail quoting driver was on site ( on time ) and the delivery back to our site was also on time and auto e-mails sent to myself which removes the need for myself to speak to suppliers and internal customers @ weekend . Again a fantastic response from the team at Proactive Despatch .

Phenomenal Service :)
We use Proactive Despatch regularly as they are a very reliable service. The customer service levels are phenomenal all round, Very easy to contact and they provide you with regular updates throughout. They even give automatic POD (Proof of Delivery) & POC (Proof of Collection)

The Proactive Despatch team is always super quick to respond to (last minute) requests. Definitely always pushing above and beyond to make these requests happen despite certain challenges. Definitely our go-to courier in the UK for urgent requests!

Thank you Josh. Our couriers are able to take proof of collection and proof of delivery details via our app on their phone. As such PODs are emailed instantly as soon as the courier has collected/delivered. One our our goals is to make our customers lives easier so it is lovely to hear your feedback and know that it genuinely helps our customers

Thank you for you kind words. We work really hard to ensure our couriers run to time. We build in contingencies, we don't overload the coruiers with work and we keep in touch with them in advance to ensure they have not overslept or lost time to traffic. There are occasioanlly factors the occur which are outside our control (eg traffic, accidents, breakdown) however what we can control is ensuring we communicate these with our customers. Thanks for your business and loyalty. :)

Outstanding service by the Proactive team today to reach a very tight deadline, many thanks to Ross, Paul & Lewis for pulling out all the stops, as we know it wasn't an easy task especially on Black Friday!
