Steep international delivery charges.
I like the company and products and have bought quite a bit over time, however the tracked delivery charges are now too excessive to order anything but the lightest of items. The cost of a jersey and some nutrition bars was going to NZ$70 which was approaching half of the cost of the items themselves. $70 for anything over 1 kg? Too high. So I deleted the nutritional bars and ordered the jersey to keep the weight under 1 kg. Sadly I won't be ordering components or heavier items in the future.

I brought a very expensive pair of wheels , paid gst at purchase time, only to be charged again at NZ customs, simply because Probike didn’t attach a gst invoice to parcel. Over the past two weeks,they have admitted they got it wrong, no refund,just promises which don’t appear in my bank acc, over $400! They need to sort their whole process out, very disappointed, DONT buy items over gst threshold!

Poor customer service when you have an issue
I have tried to place an order for a set of wheels four times now. They keep getting cancelled without explaination. I have contacted customer services and they say I can't be told because of GDRP. That is rubbish to hide behind GDRP to not send me an email to let me know if I have input something incorrectly.
