Top customer service
My order arrived within 3 weeks, even though I am in New Zealand. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the product, which was not of their doing. I contacted Probikekit and they gave me top-notch customer service. It was promptly, kind and respectful. In the end, as they couldn't replace it, they gave me a full refund. I happily will buy again from them.

Ordered a bike seat more than 4 weeks ago, still waiting for delivery. Your team has indicated supply problems after I contacted your office. Would have been nice to let me know, but all I got was two notices that my order has not yet been dispatched two weeks ago

Ordered various items

Easy to use website, order system and payment. Tyre delivered to NZ within 14 days of ordering - can't ask for more than that. $NZ40 saving (if you can find one in NZ at present). 2nd (ordered) tyre on back order, to date only charged for tyre delivered so very trustworthy company.
