Poor despatch
Online order, good.
Sales staff (phone), great.
Dispatch, useless.
Wait 8 days to get from warehouse, had to chase up via email requesting tracking number, was in process of arranging delivery pick-up, again chase up tracking number 2 day later, hadn't been picked up by delivery transport, had to be rearranged with different transport company, when vanity finally arrived, arrived without top, after another 2 days still no info as when top will be shipped or even if they have one in stock, pathetic.

We appreciate the review. Dispatch at the moment has been a weakness of ours and we are working hard on getting this back to pre-covid status. We appreciate the fair review and have taken this feedback on board.
Wrong item received, returned, but still no refund
Received an incorrect basin, Prodigg organized courier to return the basin. It’s now been 2 months since we returned the basin and still no refund despite many emails asking when it’ll be processed. Buyer beware.

As discussed with your husband this refund was unsuccessful due to you cancelling your bank card you paid with. We have organised a manual refund for you via bank transfer. We have provided you a store credit and really hope we can turn this experience around for you next time

Apart from the delivery taking longer than indicated I was happy with the service . The staff at the end of the phone were polite, upbeat and helpful.

Highly recommended. Nothing less than exquisite.
Website is extremely user friendly and products were received very quickly.
The Prodigg team went above and beyond to ensure we were able to meet strict deadlines. No task was too big or too small for the team and the service we received was second to none. Will be singing the praises of not only the quality of the products but of the personal approach and level of customer service we received. Thank you so so much, could not be happier.

Just ordered some vanities and basins from Prodigg and this is my 3rd order with them. Their website is very detailed, informative, it's great how there are options on certain items which allows you to mix and match. Also big thanks to Jamie Lee, who was very helpful with product selection and detail, her knowledge is valuable and a pleasure to deal with.

Definitely recommend!
The quality of the products are so refreshing. The price is better than any I have found around. I was sceptical buying online from the cheaper prices but upon inspection just as good as the high end stores. We are very happy.
I would highly recommend and definitely shop here again.
