My tenants told me that the dishwasher wasn't working and so I contacted Prompt and Precise and they lived up to their name by responding to my request, booking a slot and solving the issue promptly. They were very professional, efficient and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know who would require the services they offer. Stuart was clearly knowledgeable and able to highlight a few things we were doing that could improve the life of the dishwasher before identifying the real issue. Service was prompt, friendly and a really good experience.

Stuart went about his business diagnosing fault in 10 year old AEG Induction Cooker Hob, costing out replacement parts, in a thoughtful efficient manner.
His friendly demeanour, offset the bad news that fixing the problem was not cost effective.
Stuart gave very helpful advice on buying a replacement cooker, and assured me that he would do the installation with no further charge.
I felt comfortable enough to ring him for his verdict on the brands of cooker that I was looking at on-line, and he has just completed the installation, and stayed a while to test it out.

Had an issue with our oven not working and a call to Stuart was all it took to resolve, one 20 minute visit to determine the problem and another 5 days later when the part had arrived and all sorted , Polite, knowledgeable and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate in using him again .

We had two faults with our 10+ years washing machine.

Stuart arrived on time and managed to quickly diagnose the first problem and repaired it.

Second issue was more tricky but Stuart persevered and managed to also solve that issue. Both were repaired without having to replace with any new spare parts.

This was all greatly appreciated as it meant it saved us having to spend extra to buy spare parts or even a new machine. This together with the fact we found Stuart to be really professional, helpful and friendly means we will definitely recommend him to others.

Stuart was in the area so was able to get to my place to fix my dishwasher within about an hour of phoning him. Quick, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Stuart from the aptly named Prompt and Precise was very friendly and professional whilst fixing our tumble drier. It needed a part which was ordered and installed within a few days. Flat rate call out and parts cost, no unexpected charges. Excellent service.

Got promptandprecise to come out and diagnose a faulty siemens iq700 tumble dryer. Stuart who turned up was polite professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. The replacement part was ordered and immediately it was delivered he called to arrange a same day install. This company really lives up to its name. I had incredibly prompt and clear communication from Carl and was booked in within days. Charges were made clear before arrival. Stuart arrived promptly and our oven fan and temperature light are now as good as new. Definitely adding this company to our dream team list.

Arrived precisely when he said he would. Having ascertained over the phone what the problem was, got straight on with the job and did not leave until he was satisfied that appliance was working correctly. Very competitive rate, pleasant chap and even gave advice on how to avoid future problems. Apologies to Stuart for late review!

The request was answered quickly and engineer booked in the following day. Stuart was professional and friendly, identified the problem and planned in the return visit soon after. The parts delivery was delayed (courier issue) but Stuart was really flexible and booked us in as soon as they arrived. Prompt and precise! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our dishwasher was malfunctioning. We were given an appointment in less than 24 hours. The engineer was extremely personable and professional. He explained all aspects of the work as he went along, diagnosed the fault and fixed it. He then gave great advice on what we could do ensure the fault didn’t happen again and how best to maintain the appliance. The call-out charge was all we paid, and that was extremely reasonable. We are so pleased to have found a local company who we feel we can trust with our appliances going forward. Outstanding.

The checking was not thorough as problem could not be identified and resolved. The staff did not reply to any of our emails after the visit, as we were trying to fix the machine ourselves again and just wanted to clarify the parts that they had checked, but no response received at all. Found another supplier and problem solved quickly. Overall disappointing and won't recommend.

Excellent service! Fixed our dryer for a great price and was very flexible around our schedule! Came exactly when we said and was in and out within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

A very quick response to my request for a call out (less than 24 hours) for a faulty dryer. Problem identified and solution discussed. The engineer was excellent and I will definitely be using this local and honest company again.
