Save yourself thousands, sell with Property Now.
Property Now was easy every step of the way. When researching owner sells sites, Property Now was simple to follow. Once signed up the signage arrived a few days later and the online advertising was easy to navigate, we uploaded our own photos which turned out great. We were in control of when our open for inspections happened. Any questions were replied to within a couple of hours. We chose a private sale and were extremely happy with the outcome, which was a lot more than the local real estate companies valued we would get. And the best news is lower fees and no comission, more money in our pockets.

Quick efficient way to manage our rentals on one platform. For prospective tenant using 2Apply works well, easy for us to also review application.
One improvement is the site to have ability to inform unsuccessful applicants automatically. Also informing automatically when we cancel inspections. We had over 40 prospective tenants to inform after only listing the property for 3days that inspection was cancelled due to a successful tenant obtaining the property.

Just to note, our system actually does automatically notify enquirers/applicants when a property is marked as leased. If you wish to send them a personalised message, sending out a generic email and CC'ing all of them in, is a much more manageable way to go, rather than contacting them all directly.

PropertyNow continues to be one of the best online services available! Tools that enable people to look after their own best interests are of tremendous value. Open for Inspections scheduling continues to be a bit glitchy but on the whole it's a great platform.

Simple for users and easy for owners to obtain details
Great experience. It would be better if there was a simple report which identified each website e.g. domain, realestate.com.au and provided a daily update of number of ad views. It would also be good for anyone providing an application to be provided a link to the RTA Form 22 (QLD requirement) and then download it to Property Now. Cheers Tony

Saved $11k , do yourself a favour , takes no more or less effort than listing with a real estate agent, but you are in control of negotiations and viewing times.
Plus no huge commissions for doing nothing , listed , had soooo much interest, buyer came over twice in first week of listing , then put offer in.
So quick and easy , engaged a conveyancer and bang done, no issues at all.
