Whale Expanse 1.5kw electric element.
This is my second purchase of a water heating element from Propex Leisure. It was an online order for which I paid for “next day delivery”.
It arrived the next day and I was able to fit it a couple days later.
My old heating element was not damaged just covered in lime scale and after 3 years of use and in need of a good soak in white wine vinegar.
This item is so much cheaper than ordering directly from Whale (over 50%).
I am very pleased with the purchase and service and would not hesitate to recommend Propex Leisure to others.

Hs2000 heater problem
I had a problem with my hs2000 heater and ordered a new printed circuit board and after I fitted it the problem was still not resolved. The problem that I had was that the heater would not ignite when I phoned propex i spoke to a member of their staff called David he diagnosed the problem being a omRon sensor. He also explained how to take the heater apart and fit it and is now working perfectly and also he told me to return the printed circuit board and they would refund my money the company was very helpful and professional.

Once again incredible pre and post…
Once again incredible pre and post service from the team. Quick delivery of gas cap (above and beyond the service options on website)
Also last year after having lpg tank replaced the after service telephone support was amazing.
A little gem of a find for us and now we will quite happily drive out of our way to use their service.
