Scam Warning. Avoid at All Costs.
I placed an order for a 300-capsule multivitamin over a month ago. The website promised 2–5 day shipping — I’ve received nothing. No tracking number, no product, no real response to multiple emails. Their phone line? Straight to voicemail.
Instead of fixing the issue, they offered me a smaller product (240 capsules) and claimed it was “better for me.” That’s not customer service — that’s manipulative and dishonest.
This business is either completely incompetent or deliberately scamming people. Based on my experience, it feels like fraud. I’ve since reported them to Fair Trading and my bank.
Do yourself a favour — shop with Fatburnersonly or any other legitimate business that actually delivers what you pay for. This one? Total joke.

The website promised 2–5 day shipping, but I haven’t received my order, any tracking info, or a response to multiple emails. I even tried calling, but it just goes to voicemail. At this point, it feels like a scam. Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this business.

We had asked if you would like a full refund.
We had sent your order Express Australia Post at no additional cost, and had included a free MuscleTech Black Shaker Bottle 700ml White Print (valued at $18.90), and frees samples. We have not had a record of any fraud compaint from any customer at all during 2025?

When purchasing my protein
When purchasing my protein, I have emailed the company explaining that I cannot have a specific ingredient in the protein, the company assured me that I will get what I have asked for %100 guarantee, upon receiving my protein I checked the ingredients on the pack and yes it had the ingredients in it I could not take, I asked the company to check before they send, and now I'm stuck with having to waste my time returning the package because I was lied to and not listened too, Also trying to call this company I have called about 20 times, left messages and received no answer or a call back. This is the worst company I have had to deal with and lasty the packaging of the protein looks fake too. Never buying from pro supplements. 0 of 5stars

Your order was received on 18/03, and dispatched 19/03 via Australia Post, with tracking details email, and arrived 26/03. The ingredients for the product you ordered have not changed during the last 3 years, from the image of the product you emailed on 18/03, and are displayed on our Protein Supplies Australia listing and product packaging as Natural sweetener (Stevia). We confirmed to you by email on 19/03 'you are receiving the old stock containing Natural sweetener (Stevia).' as requested. You emailed on 27/03 'the product must only contain (Sweetener Stevia) which I did not receive. The one I have received contains (Steviol glycosides) which I cannot have and have mentioned this to you.' On 28/03 we emailed 'Steviol glycosides are specific sweet molecules extracted from Stevia ? These are the specific sweet compounds found in Stevia leaves that give it its sweet taste. If you see "Stevia" on a label, it's usually referring to purified steviol glycosides.' On 28/03 you stated 'Yes I am aware or this, I will like to return it as I cannot take it. It's un opened, please send return label asap, once i send you tracking info please process refund, I specifically asked for Stevia only, and not steviol glycosides, they use alcohol is this process to extract.' As a courtesy we emailed on 31/03 to you a return Australia Post label to 'affix to to the box and to return the unopened item for a full refund to your original payment method.' On the 02/04 you requested an Australia Post label you 'do not need to print off', however before we could post to you a sticky label, we had received a 1-Star review. As an additional courtesy we refund your order in full to your original payment method on 03/04, before receiving the returned unopened package. As communicated, the Protein Supplies Australia product was the same product sent, as the image of the product you had requested.
