Peace of mind, for your Kitties.
I have recently had Protectapet install a complete cat barrier in my garden and the installer, Martin was thoroughly professional and helpful.
I would also like to praise Jacqui in the office for steering me through the whole process and tolerating my layman questioning.
In summary I found Protectapet to be completely professional and trustworthy and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using their services.

The general quality of the product is…
The general quality of the product is decent but there where parts missing and it took many emails to get the parts and I ended up modifying some bits to complete. I was not impressed as they must be sending this stuff out on a regular basis but can get it so wrong. Also don't appreciate the generic response email you get back no matter what the query.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing, as this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.
Having reviewed your order, I can see that your mesh was delivered separately by the courier, and when we became aware that the posts and brackets were missing due to a system error, we sent these out immediately. Our records, including proof of delivery, show that they were successfully delivered.
Your review suggests there may still be something we've missed, and I would really like to understand what happened. I've contacted you directly so that I can investigate this further and make sure we've not overlooked anything.

Good when things go wrong!
I think the measure of a really good company is how they deal with clients when things go wrong. In my case, several components of the order went missing and/or were lost by the courier. Components had to be re-ordered and in once case a part was slightly defective. The defective part was replaced immediately and the customer help team at Protect a Pet went above and beyond to resolve the delivery issues which, frankly, were not caused by them anyway. Emails were replied to immediately and I had several calls with the customer team directly. So not a completely hassle-free experience, but all credit to Protect a Pet for sorting it all out. Oh, and the product is excellent too by the way.

Missy loves her new cat fencing …
Very pleased with the cat fencing ProtectaPet installed for Missy . Martin who did the installation did a brilliant job and I’m pleased to report some 2 months later Missy’s failed to escape 😻. She absolutely loves it and so pleased she has a safe outside space now . Great customer service on the phone when I rang which seems such a rarity these days.

We had a catio installed yesterday…
We had a catio installed yesterday 13/7/26.
Martin from Protectapet arrived at around 8.30am to install the catio, he was friendly and cheerful and very knowledgeable.
Martin talked about his cats and we exchanged some stories, his passion for cats and caring qualities for them, really shone through.
Martin quickly carried through all the materials and commenced the work- he worked so hard all day and the catio was completed at around 6pm. Martin cleared up and ensured we were happy with the end product.
We were thrilled and for us, it is the right thing for our cats, to enable them outdoor space and keep them safe - (we have 4 cats in total).
One of our gorgeous cats sadly had to be put to sleep last year, due to a terrible incident on the main road, which left us devastated forever. Now the cats are free to go outside, without the worry for their safety.
We are so pleased with this company and highly recommend Protectapet.

Nous prenons bonne note de votre remarque concernant le fait qu'il faut deux personnes pour monter le catio. Bien que nos installateurs qualifiés au Royaume-Uni réalisent cette opération seuls, nous comprenons parfaitement que, lorsque les clients l'installent eux-mêmes, cela nécessite souvent deux personnes. C'est une information utile pour les autres clients. Merci pour ce conseil précieux.

Superb product and excellent professionals who think like a cat and recognise the danger zones abd offer solutions. Their attention to detail and the way the fence was put up gave me such confidence and that I would recommend to let professionals put the fence up.

I couldn't be happier with the service from ProtectaPet.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with confirmation emails and a courtesy call closer to the installation date, which made everything very easy and reassuring.
Martin, who installed the fencing, was fantastic. He was professional, considerate, and clearly loves cats. He took great care with the installation, worked neatly, hoovered afterwards, removed all the packaging, and left everything spotless.
Most importantly, he has given me a beautiful cat-safe terrace. I am absolutely over the moon and so happy to finally be able to see my cat enjoying the outdoors safely.
Thank you to the whole ProtectaPet team. I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service prior to booking from Aaron, and then once booked in the installation was a breeze with Martin (who was not put off with the foul weather on the day).
Aftercare has been incredible as I lost a key for catio and was sent a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Our indoor cats absolutely love the catio and it has added a real bonus to their environment- it's so lovely to be able to sit ou there with them both.
Highly recommend protectapet.
