Warren fitted our cat fencing in the pouring rain. He arrived just before 9 and worked up until 7pm securing the fences. Our cat Thor loves being outside, it has changed his life and made us feel less guilty for having a indoor cat! We had a catio for approx 5 years and have now added the cat fencing.
Big thank you to Warren who despite the awful weather had a smile on his face thoughtout!

Prompt service, excellent work
Everyone was very helpful during the quote process. Marc fitted the fence quickly and with no fuss, and cleared up completely after himself. He explained everything he had done, and gave recommendations for the care if the cat fence.
I would very happily recommend ProtectaPet.
My cats love the garden, and cannot get out to cause havoc to my neighbours!

Excellent service again as this is the third property we have had installed protectapet in. The lads came up with a better installation idea saving us money. Very respectful to both ourselves and our property. Would hide them again as our cats both love being outside.
Thanks from all the family

First class communication and product
From start to finish the communication was first class.
Fitting was done within half a day and done to a very high standard to complement the quality of the product. My particular configuration wasn’t the cheapest but neither did the cost come as a surprise but in the end it looks fab and best of all it not only keeps my cat in but also keeps out the other local cats.

Good product. Assembling had some issues
The finished product was very good, however there were a few issues assembling it that could have been made easier. The connecting tubes needed to be hit in with a mallet, but there was nothing to stop it from going in too far so the holes did not line up. On a couple where I lined up the holes on the first one perfectly, the second one didn't line up (by a matter of millimeters which was enough to stop the screw going in) luckily we had been provided with more tubes than we needed but something on the inside to stop the connecting tube going too far would have helped a lot

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing ProtectaPet.
We appreciate your comments regarding assembly. The insert tubes are designed to be a tight fit to ensure the finished structure is strong and free from movement or wobble. If the tubes are difficult to insert, a small amount of spray lubricant can help during assembly.
If an insert tube is accidentally driven too far into the post, it can be gently repositioned by passing a long bolt, steel rod, or screwdriver through the exposed hole and tapping it back into place with a hammer or mallet. Once the holes are aligned, we recommend fitting and tightening the coach bolt before continuing with the remaining posts.
We value your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our products and installation experience.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I can now relax and know my cats are safe. Kyle and Tom were exceptional, the were super thorough and worked really hard all day in the heat! The company as a whole have been fantastic, great customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Georgia who created our quote was very accommodating and designed it exactly how we wanted. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a safe space for your cats! The only downside is its expensive, but you get what you pay for. Its excellent quality and fitted professionally

Lots of thought & hard work went into making a system that works for me & my cats
Jacqui worked very hard to design the right fence topping for my garden. Martin took extra care around my plants & adapted the design to make it work in practice. He put a lot of thought into how he fitted around the trees.

A great product,a fantastic team and worthy investment
Highly recommended.
We have quite a complex garden shape and we needed the right solution to complement the garden not to make it look like prison.
After telephone consultation with Craig (one of the senior garden design consultants)we arranged for side visit .
Although we needed to pay for it ,the charge was deducted from final cost of installation.
The protect a pet team was very good specially Martin who was our installer and person who did side visit (a real credit to the firm). His thoughtful design, advice and final solution was very considerate. He listened to our needs ,answered any question before and during installation ,was very helpful and friendly.
He did fantastic job, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and secure for our two rescue cats.
Neko and Remy love being outside and we are glad they are safe.
Nothing was too much trouble for Martin. The fencing was installed with minimum disruption to our garden and looks good
