The experience wasn’t great. Although the website allowed me to place the order, one of the two items listed for next‑day delivery turned out to be out of stock. I then had to pay extra to switch to an alternative item just to keep the next‑day delivery window.

Despite that, the delivery didn’t arrive the next day.

I requested a refund for the next‑day delivery fee, which was processed promptly.

Never let me down

I placed an order for a large bridge saw at 6.45pm & received it the following day at 1.30 fantastic service & also with a little discount which is a bonus, unfortunately the saw that we purchased which was over 2k seems to not have come with a very good blade which is a bit disappointing & does not do the saw justice.

I searched for Polymere/ Sand mix for my Block Paving drive. There were plenty of sellers with extortionate prices and extortionate p&p. I wasn't expecting it to be cheap. The one that stood out to me was Pro Tiler Tools. their price and P&P was acceptable not overcharging. So I ordered and it was delivered on the date promised. Whilst waiting for delivery I emailed the company asking if there was any instructions available, my mail was replied to practically immediately by a very nice lady called to Joanne she was very helpful and sent me a copy of the instructions. I would give top marks to this P.T.T, So many times I have contacted companies only to receive replies saying my email would be replied to in 2 to 5 working days, sometimes longer sometimes ignored. It is very rare these days for companies to appreciate their customers, who without them they wouldn't be in business.

I placed quite a large order via the phone at 6.45pm & it arrived just after lunch the next day which really was a fantastic service considering it was a pallet delivery

Ordered grout remover tool and came quickly. First time using the tool, it snapped. Emailed/whatsapped and sent photos. Initially replied but then no response. No good snapping within 5 minutes.

Can't praise this company enough. So helpful and incredibly speedy in rearranging delivery when to the correct address after they had originally been supplied with the wrong address. Thank you so much!

Received my order quickly and as expected - great

Self levelling compound pallet was delivered but no good wrapping and got wet in first 15 minutes. Bought spiked roller and broken second day and when I called company no help at all.

Selection is good. Delivery is extremely poor.

Great service from Jack — he went above and beyond to help me get my order sorted and he’s definitely a credit to your team! The only thing I’d improve is the way the trims were delivered, as they all came mixed together and quite a few were loose, which made them a bit of a pain to sort through. Other than that, really happy!

I started using Pro Tiler Tools from around July / Aug 2025 and spent £730 in the space of those few months. Which I appreciate isn’t thousands, but is still a hit for a new customer.

Recently, I received an incredibly bent tile trim and when I raised this with Luke on their live chat function, he kindly said he’d refund. Nothing further, happy days.

Chased the refund today as heard no confirmation of the refund being processed and they started the whole process of “send me pictures” and “we need the product back”.

This wasn’t mentioned in the previous chat with Luke! The trim got binned as it was absolutely shot to sh** and never asked for it back. And yet now they’ve moved the goal posts, not honouring their original promise of a refund.

Absolute cowboys so will be claiming a chargeback.

Very pleased my builder recommended this company for buying materials needed for tiling my ground floor, good prices, good products and I made one error in order ... Customer services absolutely brilliant , five stars

First rate customer service from Protiler after the courier failed to deliver and Protiler jumped in to save the day (and the job)

The delivery and service was great. The tile cutter was practically useless. It didn't cut my tiles.

I was able to order this online even though it was out of stock. It is a fab gadget and the pointing is in the wall instead of all over the ground 😊

Charged me for item and I paid for next day delivery for item not in stock. It did not arrive the next day and when I called them, they said it should have arrived. Then they checked the system and said in fact I did not have the item (as I knew) and it would arrive next week. That was going to be too late for my project, so I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They sent the item anyway and did not issue a refund. I cannot even use the item as there was no use for it in my project as it was coming too late. They sent couriers to collect the item again as I said I could not use it. They didn't tell me when the couriers were coming so missed them and they said they'll have to charge to send more couriers. I will assist them in getting the item back however it is not my responsibility to have this large item I asked to be cancelled collected again for them. They should issue a refund immediately when I cancelled the order in the first place due to the item being out of stock. Instead they still sent the order, did not issue a refund and have put the responsibility on me to have the item collected again.

Called customer service and they said theyll have to charge me to send another courier but they would issue a refund. I am still waiting. They did not issue a refund. absolute SCAM to charge a customer for an item not in stock when I paid for next day delivery. Then send the item still when I asked them to cancel it and not issue a refund.
