Paid for new Brewista Ratio Scale and was handed a scratched used one. Who does that? Had to wait another week to get a new one and to top it all had to go pick it up myself. First and the last time I will purchase something from the Proud Mary cafe. No effort was made to make the experience any better. Seriously who tries to handball an old scratched up used item as new.

Ordered a moccamaster online for an in-store pickup. Price was good. Staff in-store were awesome - helpful and knowledgeable. Also try a few brews at the bar while you’re there.

Amazing on every front!

Before my first purchase, I was getting questions answered late on weekends (which was a surprise! But I wouldn't expect this to be the norm, I may have gotten lucky that day).

Very quick to answer all queries, from shipping related post-sales, recommending processes to brewing, recommending beans based on needs/type of coffee, etc.

Their fixed price model for farmers is a big plus too, and all things combined has gotten me to subscribe to their beans from interstate.

And of course, the (arguably) most important thing - the beans are awesome! I've had a batch of angel wings and filter so far, and both have been unique and a pleasure to drink.

Great systems in place to ensure you know when your order is arriving and very simple payment roll over.

The coffee is always of a specialty quality with great info about origin, exporters and farmers. Great roasts and brewing suggestions.

Hardest part is going to be cancelling the subscription one day.

Unfortunately, while I've had great experiences previously, my order has not yet arrived as of 7/5 (ordered 26/4).
* Shippit tracking advises it is still in transit with Couriers Please - no update since 29/4
* ETA for delivery was 2/5.
* Couriers Please tracking (via ref: CPBBGRZ1625402) shows the package is being in transit from Perth to Melbourne.
* Couriers Please customer service was not particularly helpful and they've advised that the package is in transit between Perth and Melbourne and was sent out today (7/5) so it is not expected to arrive for a few days yet.

In short, it looks to have been mistakenly sent to a road with the same name in Perth WA rather than Mount Duneed VIC.

Other than providing a case id (1386154), Couriers Please customer service have only been able to advise the information available on their tracking page and that someone will call me at some point in the next 24 hours.

No doubt an isolated incident and a score based on previous experience would have yielded a 5 star review - perhaps I'm just grumpy because I'm running out of coffee?
