Good coffee, delivered at a good price! I like have two single origins on the go, I get one from Proud Mary, and one form Small Batch.

Step one - a phone call "from the delivery company" who said they were from Proud Mary and supposedly to "confirm that the goods were received". There was a goods receipt in the dleivery process - so this was a lie. The delivery company also wanted to collect our feedback on the quality of the coffee. Nice delivery company doing your market research!
Step two - unsubscribe from teh marketing emails
Step three - unsubscribe again from the marketing emails
Step four - complete the opinion survey in the hope that the message is received - this is coffee, if it is good, it will be purchased again, if it is not, it won't. In the meantime, I'll be able to talk and blog about the epxerience to date and so far, I haven't tried the coffee - so I can ONLY talk about the poor, deceptive and deceitful experience - and the irony of the company name. I don't know what it tastes like yet.

I’m a very regular customer and on the odd occasion something gets mixed in respect of an order or a delivery, then it’s always attended to and sorted quickly and without anyone trying to apportion blame or shy away from the key objective - getting the issue sorted. Very refreshing.
