Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour, qui a eu lieu au mois d’août, n’a pas entièrement répondu à vos attentes.
Nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques concernant l’utilisation de la maison, qui est en effet très connectée et pilotée via un iPad. Cela peut représenter une certaine complexité pour les personnes peu familières avec ce type de technologie. Nous veillerons à le mentionner plus clairement dans la description afin de mieux informer et préparer les futurs voyageurs.
Concernant la télévision, la villa dispose de plusieurs écrans ainsi que d’une salle de cinéma. Lors de votre arrivée, les chaînes françaises n’étaient pas encore installées, les précédents locataires ayant principalement utilisé les chaînes internationales. Le propriétaire nous a toutefois confirmé que cela avait été résolu dans les heures suivant votre demande, comme l’ensemble des points que vous avez signalés pendant votre séjour.
Nous regrettons vivement de ne pas avoir été informés de ces difficultés pendant votre présence sur place. La satisfaction de nos clients étant au cœur de nos priorités, nous contactons systématiquement chaque voyageur durant son séjour pour nous assurer que tout se passe bien, tout comme nous l'avons fait avec vous le 16/08. En l'absence de retour de votre part, il ne nous a malheureusement pas été possible de vous accompagner efficacement.
Depuis la publication de votre avis, nous avons également tenté de vous joindre à plusieurs reprises, sans succès. Nous restons bien entendu à votre disposition si vous souhaitez échanger davantage.

Great house, well located, just as advertised. The on-site Provence Holidays concierge was terrific...very helpful, very responsive. The only downside was the extremely narrow road leading to the house.

Feriendomizil in traumhafter Lage
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist einfach nur traumhaft. Der Blick auf‘s Meer vom Balkon hat uns sofort verzaubert.
Das Haus liegt in einem separat gesicherten Quartier, ist sehr geräumig und bietet mit guter Zimmeraufteilung und grosszügiger Ausstattung (besonders die Auswahl an Wassersport- und Spielutensilien für Kinder) den perfekten Ort, die Urlaubstage nicht nur entspannt, sondern auch aktiv zu gestalten.
Der beheizte Pool war ein weiteres Highlight und auch der hochwertige Weber-Grill und Pizzaofen wurde sehr geschätzt.
Auch der Besitzer der Unterkunft hatte uns im Vorfeld noch gute Tipps für‘s Angeln gegeben und auch die Betreuung vor Ort ( Karine) war sehr nett.
Einige Anregungen zur Verbesserung: Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern, scharfe Messer für die Küche und speziell für meinen Mann einen Weinkühler 😉.
Wir empfehlen Ihre Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Provence holidays was an excellent find! They were helpful and identifying the right property for our budget and size group / in the end it exceeded our expectations. They put us in touch with someone to deliver wine in advance, we had a wonderful chef come to cook for our family one evening. They attended to many of our needs during the week we were there. And the property was perfect in every way. It was charming, had plenty of space indoors and especially outdoors. We would definitely recommend Provence holidays and would contact them again for our next trip to France.

Lovely property, ideally situated.
Re the property, lovely house in a beautiful town, walking distance to the centre with many shops and restaurants. Ideal location for exploring the surrounding area with its many historical sites.
The house itself is dog friendly with a secure garden.
A reasonable level of fitness is required to deal with the different levels, we started off sleeping on the top floor and after a third move ended at the ground floor after climbing the stone stairs too many times.
On the negative, there was a lack of wardrobes and no privacy in the bathrooms, as we were only using 3 bedrooms we ended up using the bathrooms in the empty bedrooms. The beds themselves are very comfortable.
There was a strange smell in one of the bedrooms on the middle floor, fortunately we had enough spare rooms to avoid using it.
The pool area was lovely, slight criticism for us, we personally didn’t like the style of the sun beds and found them uncomfortable.
The room next to the pool was beautiful but we thought it could have been furnished differently to make it more usable, a table and chairs for dining and a more comfortable seating area maybe?
The midway clean was excellent and Frank the agent was friendly and helpful with advice on restaurants and places to visit in the area.
Overall the experience was lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property, especially with a few tweaks re constructive criticism.

Provence Holidays and the Luberon Valley..THE BEST!
There are only good things I can say about Provence Holidays (“PH”), its staff and the Luberon Valley and its inhabitants. We rented a small house below Gordes for one week but loved it so much me signed up for a month next year. We were there to cycle and were supported by excellent bike guides and road bikes source through the Concierge service (Steffi). Additionally, we had a chef also sourced through PH who provided an excellent meal on our arrival day. We had many questions along the way the way regarding restaurants, French lessons, trainers, nearby gyms, golf and tennis. All responses were comprehensive and timely, within 24 hours. And the recommendations were always reasonably priced and high quality. PH provides a stellar service for those visiting Provence and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Truly, E. Cook
