I ordered two pairs of men’s shoes and…
I ordered two pairs of men’s shoes and they were both shipped but I received only one pair
I notified them of this and with no questioned asked they sent me another pair. I received the replacement quickly and was very pleased with the shoes. I happily recommend this company to everyone.

We wanted to let you know that we had sent you an email this morning informing you that your parcel had been released from customs and it is at the local FedEx centre. We had mentioned that you can now contact FedEx directly to schedule a new delivery at your convenience.
The initial delay was due to an error on our part, and we take full responsibility. We also want to clarify that we did not provide the documentation right away because, based on a previous attempt, doing so would have caused the parcel to be returned to us within 24 hours. Our intention was to prevent that from happening again and ensure the package could be successfully delivered to you.
We acknowledge that we should have communicated this to you and also immediately explained it to you from the moment the delay occurred, and we are truly sorry for not doing so.

Customer service is phenomenal and produ or items are very well made like from name brand big company. Communication is great, had issue with my order that I did and they happily fixed it and gave me the right size. Product is exceptionally well made. Compared their product to the other name brand is very well same. They did NOT disappoint me with the 2nd order I did.
Don't give bad reviews on something you as customer did or your communication skills is poor or rude towards the shop or store.
