Great Products and Outstanding Customer Service

The products themselves are amazing - very high quality, feel luxe, and the specialty colors are dope! But the cherry on top is the customer service - especially Dewie, who was caring, quick, and helped with advice and a replacement consumable for my specialty color device (the Daybreak Peak Pro), and I am so thankful!

Give Puffco a puff (pun intended) - you'll be glad you did!

FAULTY PRODUCTS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

DONT BUY!!! DEAD ASS!!! They make faulty products, especially when it comes to the peak pro 3dxl, I bought the orange limited edition day break and it literally BROKE within 2 weeks spent $550 and I already had been reading all the bs other people had to deal with to try and “FIX” theirs and get replacements but I’m not giving this company anymore of my money. DONT BUY!!! customer service is terrible and with 200 million dollar annual revenue you’d think they would have a better system going, but no they steal and treat their customer like trash.

My big mistake

I would stay far away from this product if you're looking for the peak xl. I bought mine on the 27th amd by the 17th of the next month it was broken. I spent $400 on the device another $100 for a chamber that broke that same week. I reached out to puffco via email and after a month of patiently waiting I had to email them again and they got back to me a week from that time. I went through their process of proving purchases. They requested to look at the products that I bought andrequested that i sent out the broken products which is annoying, but i'm okay with it. After a month, they contact me and tell me the product isn't broken and that they're going to send it back to me, with a new chamber. I told them as long as the product is working, I'll take it back. Then, I wait another two weeks and when the box arrives, there's someone else's used broken products they sent to me. I contacted them to let them know that they sent me the wrong stuff. Finally, he agreed to send me a new base and chamber. At this point I had already boughtten a new and better product. The peak x l only last for 2 months tops. my roommates both experience the same thing and went through the same process to have there products sent back to them, claming they where fixed. They weren't even examined inside. The products that where sent back completely failed with in the same week of arrival.i bought the proxy v1 that lasted for x2 a moth and a half and they replaced it in 3 weeks time and the new one they sent me the outer plastic (not rubber) ring on the top came off and now the chamber won't sit correctly. It feels like a scam to have to go through this For so much money. This product is heavily overpriced, wayover rated. It doesn't last long. I learned a very hard lesson here with puffco. I highly recommend that you go to other companies there are way, better, more durable products For the same price. This company has been around for years and I dont understand how your service and products are so bad

Dewie!! What can I say about this person! The best customer service in the business! Helped me with my warranty issue and answered all my questions like a professional! Hands down I will never switch companies! I will stay loyal to the soil to puffco!

Base replacement

Dewie made my support experience great. I had to have the base replaced due to some overheating and connection issues and he was great.

10/5 stars for PuffCo

10/5 stars for PuffCo. This company stands by their stuff! My bf has been a PuffCo guy for almost 10 years now and got me into them last year and they are hands down one of the best companies! Dewie in Support is amazing too! Truly appreciate this company and if you dab on the go or are like me and hate using a torch, I def recommend this company! I can’t wait to get the Piviot next! Thanks PuffCo!! You guys rock!!!

Sydnee from puff co customer service…

Sydnee from puff co customer service could not have been more helpful! I won my puff co in a competition and sadly the glass had been broken due to a fault of my own. This was no issue whatsoever once I had provided the details requested they straight away offered to replace the glass with no hesitation! I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Quick to sell you some $400 Chinese product but won't replace defective chambers.

After looking at the reviews in this website I am even more frustrated with puffco. They obviously have issues with defective products that they send out and some people can get a warranty replacement but other people get the runaround. Wht do they have a crappy 30-day warranty on their Chambers which is the most relevant part to warranty in any vaporizer? The vast majority of the negative, and positive reviews mentioned that their problem was with the chamber 3DXL or another. I've given them the serial number lasered into the item and the store from which it was purchased and date, but they want me to take pictures of my financial records from my bank app which doesn't allow screenshots. They are perfectly willing to sell you Chinese made products with this designed in America BS but won't stand behind their inferior product. A buddy of mine who is the owner of a vape store says their products are crap and he constantly gets negative feedback and people looking for replacement Chambers. Go to the actual puffco website and look at the Google reviews no wonder they have a 2.1 star average where they can't manipulate the reviews.

Puffco is the best!!!

Everything about Puffco has been the absolute best, im proud to say i own every device they have and they are all so amazing, everytime i use them im even more amazed as the experience just kerps getting better & better!!!
