Love the New Proxy but hate that the bubbler can’t balance on its own.
love my new Puffco Proxy — the design, performance, and vapor quality are all top-notch. It hits smooth, looks amazing, and feels like a premium piece. But for the price, you’d expect it to be able to balance on its own. Once you put the device into the bubbler, it can’t stand upright anymore — it tilts forward because the weight isn’t balanced. You’d think a company like Puffco would factor that into the design. Still, it’s an awesome piece overall — just wish the stability matched the rest of the build quality.

I had battery life issues with my peak pro 2 years and 3k dabs later and replaced the base under warranty for free and gave me a complimentary matching glass. The support has been super helpful and easy to get my problems sloved.

Products are solid BUT
Products are solid, customer service has been nothing but ass. Waiting 10 days to reply to my "return product" email so my product can no longer be returned. Consistent "we dont care about our customers" behavior. They'd have gotten more money out of me, but too bad now. In fact, the only reason i know the products are solid is from using a friend's. I never even got my full piece.

3DXL CHAMBER WARNING!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️
Just recently bought my puffco peak pro day breaker and when I received it I was already having issues since day one.. thru research I found out there was a faulty connection (red and white lights) and had also found out that I wasn't the only one with this issue. But thanks to Cass I was able to receive a new chamber 100% free (although it was not in a brand new sealed box just a chamber wrapped around bubble wrap and seal sticker stuffed inside chamber) it was giving faulty connection again when first inserted but after being inserted once more it actually hits pretty great! Over all I really do love this product I personally feel as if there is more vapor being produced and less reclaim compared to other chambers and vaporizers as well as convenient and just very welcoming to my guest compared to a rig and torch I am also very satisfied on the 2 year warranty and the fact that customer service could help me with my issues at a timely matter, big shout out to Cass again! Even though it does say warning I would buy this 3dxl chamber again (Google warns that the 3dxl chamber has an average life span of 3-6 months if cleaned properly)

So I got the new proxy and within 72 hours broke the glass. It was a shortish drop to the wooden floor but it was gone, I was so upset. The new Sherlock glass is absolutely perfect to me, I asked about purchasing a replacement and they not only obliged but gave me a discount! I have about 7 devices from Puffco and I love each one of them. Forever customer for sure!

They do not stand behind their products. I had a problem with battery and leaking. Sticky mess. They gave me the run around on emails then ignored me. No refund or replacement. Just money spent for nothing. Very unsatisfied. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY PUFFCO PRODUCTS - READ THIS FIRST
I purchased a Puffco New Peak in July 2024 for $237.88. What followed was 14 months of frustration, failed chambers, and terrible customer service that has cost me over $400 total.
THE PRODUCT FAILURE:
I've had FOUR chamber failures in 14 months. All with the identical red-white flashing connection error. Here's the timeline:
August 2024: Original chamber failed after 3 weeks
August 2024: Replacement chamber arrived DEFECTIVE
August 2024: Had to return base for inspection, finally got working unit
September 2025: Fourth chamber failed with same error
Every single failure showed identical symptoms despite proper maintenance with 99% isopropyl alcohol, proper cleaning protocols, and careful use.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE:
Response times: 48-72 hours per email (industry standard is 24 hours)
Support doesn't read emails: I explicitly stated I already did troubleshooting steps, and they responded asking me to do those exact steps
Reddit censorship: Posted my experience on r/puffco with full documentation - moderators removed it to protect Puffco's image
Final refusal: After 4 identical failures, they refused warranty coverage
THE MOST DAMNING ADMISSION:
In their final response, Puffco customer service stated: "Chambers typically last 1-3 months"
Let that sink in. They're openly admitting you should expect to replace a $60 chamber every 1-3 months on a $240 device.
DO THE MATH:
Device: $237.88
Chamber replacements every 1-3 months at $60 each: $240-720 PER YEAR
You're essentially paying a subscription fee to use their product
Their rep claimed he personally used the same chamber for 2+ years. Either he's lying, or Puffco employees get special chambers that customers don't receive.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This is not a "premium" product. This is a defective product with a 30-day warranty designed to avoid accountability when chambers predictably fail.
Customer service is:
Slow to respond (days, not hours)
Doesn't read customer emails
Refuses warranty coverage for clear manufacturing defects
Controls Reddit communities to censor negative feedback
MY RECOMMENDATION:
Save your money. Look at competitors like Utillian, Dr. Dabber, or other brands. Even if they have issues, at least you're not paying "premium" prices for a product that requires $240-720/year in replacement parts.
I wasted $400+ and 14 months on this company. Don't make the same mistake.

Extremely Frustrated – Defective Puffco Daybreak 3DXL & No Response
I am extremely upset with my experience so far. I purchased a brand-new Puffco Daybreak 3DXL on September 11th from Sessions by the Bay in National City. After only three uses, the device completely stopped working. I immediately went through all troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked.
I reached out to customer support on September 13th, and since then, I’ve been told my warranty is "under review." Weeks have now passed, and I have received no resolution and no communication. This is unacceptable for a product that cost me $500 and stopped working almost immediately.
To pay this much for a product I cannot use — and then be met with silence from customer service — is beyond disappointing. At this point, I expect either:
A full replacement unit immediately, or
A full refund of my purchase.
Your lack of communication and support has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Please resolve this matter immediately.
Update:
I finally received my replacement of my Peak Pro 3DXL Chamber. Better late than never.
Grateful i finally get to use iit.

Great company with great customer care
I had a warranty return of a brand new…
I had a warranty return of a brand new Proxy straight out of the box with a dead battery that wouldn't charge and was never used. They told me it was user error and sent me my base back. The shop i got it from had 5 proxies all of them we opened and tried to charge. After 48 hours on charger none of them worked. I started my warranty replacement and Puffco said my unit was working as intended and sent it back. I left my base on a charger for 48hrs as was directed my base did not function at all. Now the battery is compromised because it went to the dead cell in the battery management system which can lower battery life and limit charging capacity along with shortened life cycle. They have done nothing to remedate this and after talking to them they have released a version 2.0 which alleviates these issues but they refuse to give me the upgrade even though my purchase was only a couple weeks from their release date. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the shop is dealing with them as well. Because I cannot get a refund as it was a third party and it really isnt fraudulent on the smoke shop I bought it from so it would be hard to justify making a claim. So I am out 250$ and stuck with a base that "works" but I dont want because the company and customer service is terrible.

That's typical new "college grad legaleze". Ignore the complaint and technical issues implied , dont solve the issue and leave the customer holding the empty wallet and busted product theu do not release new version frequently enough to jusity their attitudeon an upgrade for an unhappy customer who feels robbed with no recourse. I am not going to enjoy my Proxy im recycling it and I got a Carta V2. There are plenty of other high end brands that I can throw my energy and money at. And I will not sell your product let alone use it or endorse it at any of the events we are going to be doing.. With Ohios market the way it is many have been informed and they will be reaching out. We are trying to do something here and your lack of experience is getting on my nerves.
