Great customer service

Great customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and responds clearly and promptly. They accommodated my issue right away. Even after some time they remembered who I was and resolved my issue right away. Would recommend to friends. Thanks puffco

Love it!

I bought my hot knife and it stopped working, reached out to customer service and Sydnee made it super easy to get a replacement and my experience with puffco customer service amazingly easy and seamless! Thanks definitely recommend puffco

The Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL is the best…

The Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL is the best dab rig i've ever used, literally the perfect taste, effects and smoke clouds every dab without fail. I've had mine for about a year and a half now and its my daily driver, I rarely want to smoke out of anything else.

Customer services has been beyond amazing for me, with the 2 year warranty after a year and a half my battery wasn't performing as well, so they sent me a brand new base at no cost, within a few days of the support ticket. When spending $420 on a erig this really means a lot, ty.

Overall, the temp control gives you a better high, clearer headed, better effects than my previous e-coil dab rigs that burned much hotter than they showed for temp. Would highly recommend, it's the best dabbing tool experience I've had.

This product changed my life!

This product changed my life. I smoked flower from a bong for 15 years because I had a family and didn't want to deal with having a torch around. I heard about the puffco peak pro and thought I would give Dabbing a try again. Since I received my Puffco I haven't touched flower again. My wife loves the fact it's healthier on my lungs and the house doesn't smell like weed anymore. I've changed my whole routine too, I only smoke at night now and having this E-rig makes it seem like such a reward at the end of the day. I love the process of keeping it clean and functioning properly because indeed it's such a well made product. Thanks for creating such a standard for the Dabbing community. Thanks again and I look forward to collecting puffco products in the future.

AMAZIN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Miranda and the Puffco team did it again, as always there customer support is amazing, i had a issue with a device they took care of it asap! they blessed with extra parts to make the order complete. Coukldnt ask for a better team to support. See ya at Puffcon 2025.

I needed help with a warranty claim and Ron was extremely helpful and quick to reply! I was contacted within a day or two which made the process so quick! Ron was quick to fix the problem! 10/10 customer service

Puffco really hires people that sit…

Puffco really hires people that sit behind the desk all day getting high taking forever to respond to emails & if they even do or get around to it they will gaslight you for addressing problems & skip over vital information when responding leaving you to continue begging for a real customer service experience.

When a companies products are so bad consistently that the whole of a product base doesn’t last the test of time, should tell you all you need to know.

Doesn’t Puffco know TrustPilot doesn’t allow email addresses in reviews which is also sensitive information?

At the end of the day it would just be nice if people who were paid to do their job actually cared to do it; respectfully it’s not hard to respond or reply to emails especially when the company gives a 3-5 business day window over email but exceeds it nearly 95% of the time & goes beyond that time frame. The last email I had completely skipped right over anything I had addressed & was nearly an automated response which was a waste of my time & disrespectful. I created a separate support ticket 7 days ago that’s also still been failed to be addressed. I’ve forwarded the email thread to Puffco support prior with no response to that thread either. It’s a multitude of not caring & acting like you do after there is a problem

After reviewing your history, we can confirm that you first reached out on August 3rd and our team responded on August 7th with troubleshooting steps. Once it was confirmed that the issue was related to a chamber outside of warranty, our team extended a courtesy discount code toward a replacement as a goodwill gesture.

We understand your frustration with the chamber being out of stock and sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. Please know the discount code will remain active without an expiration date, and we are working on replenishing chamber inventory as quickly as possible. In the meantime, our team also shared both a reputable online option and our store locator in case you prefer to purchase a replacement sooner.

It looks like our previous message on August 13th may not have reached your inbox, which understandably caused confusion. We then received your follow-up on August 18th and continued working with you from there. We also noticed multiple follow-up tickets were submitted. While we do our best to respond promptly during business days, additional submissions can unintentionally reset a ticket’s place in the queue. We truly regret if this added to your wait time.

Shattered Glass

When the glass on my new Puffco unexpectedly broke, Sydnee and Puffco came through like I would have never believed. Although the glass is not covered by the limited warranty, after sending a picture and explaining the situation, I was hoping to be able to purchase a replacement glass for my limited edition Puffco. Without hesitation, Puffco and Sydnee replaced it. I was flabbergasted and so pleasantly surprised. I will exclusively use their products, and recommend them to everyone.

Best in EVERY way

Ive been using Puffco products for a few years now and I love and enjoy every product I’ve gotten from them. Never disappointed. My newest device I got from them the Daybreak peak pro and I’ve been loving it with zero problems or complaints, until today when the glass broke while cleaning. I thought since it’s a limited edition there’s no way I’d get a replacement but I sent an email this morning and this afternoon they’ve already gotten back to me AND sent me a new on the house even tho it wasn’t covered under warranty all in the same day. This is why Ive continued to shop with Puffco and will continue to do so. S/O to Sydnee over at Puffco support she really helped me out today and made this whole process very smooth. Thanks so much again Sydnee & Puffco!!!

Really bad customer service bought my…

Really bad customer service bought my product from a local dispensary after three hours of having it noticed it doesn’t vibrate at all so I went to do a warranty claim on it and I’ve read that Puff Co. has excellent customer service so I was like OK they’re gonna go and get this fixed easy for me. No problem. I contact customer service and not only does it take three days to reach me. They wanted me to provide serial number and proof of purchase. I’ve easily done those and waited about another day for another response about four days with having it acting up after I’ve could’ve returned it for a new product so now they’re telling me that I have to clean the base print out a shipping label. Go run it to their facility and it’s gonna take 2 to 3 days for them to even review it and then another week for me to get even a new base so that’s about a week and a half that I can’t use my device when I have read Reddit post of other users having the same issue and puff coat sending them a whole new base for a charge no shipping back required so I don’t know where things went wrong while I’m having to wait a week for another base but I just wanted to let everybody know that if y’all buy one and it’s having issues expect a week or two before anything gets resolved. Have a good day and let alone you’re gonna have to spend your gas in time and still wait to even use the product. i’m still currently waiting to see if they will be generous enough for their inconvenience and not have to make me waste more time to be able to use my product as intended so I’ll I’ll see if they send me a new base and I’ll update this post when I get informed// informing now got updated went and got an exchange from my local dispensary and got one that actually works don’t rely on the warranty team to help if you can easly go get an exchange same day don’t bother with the warranty group thank you

Ronald my support rep was an absolute gem of a human being. My request was promptly handled and even a good will courtesy extended to help fix what I had broken. Couldn't have asked for a better resolution or experience. Keep treating your customers this way and you will have them for life! Nice job Ronald for going the extra mile to keep this customer a happy one and for making my world whole again without having to break into my wallet!

Sydnee was amazing. She listened to my issue, and solved it very quickly. It’s a bit of a long response time for any email back (not her fault, the company has a long wait time) no complaints here though, very happy with the result

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Laughable professionalism. If you buy at a retail store you are not able to make exchange or returns at the store you have to go online. Over priced garbage. Only way I reached a human was through one of their Instagram page. Where I talked to a very condescending and passive aggressive little social media handler. I have read ALOT of other negative reviews. Reviews about how long the warranty program can take. Why would I not be able to return a product to a storefront with a receipt?

To clarify, while we always stand behind our products and offer warranty support for any qualifying issues, some retailers choose not to accept returns or offer in-store warranty services. This is ultimately at the discretion of the store where the item was purchased, and many retailers disclose these policies at the point of sale.
