Puls charges unnecessary fees
Puls is a decent service overall, but charge high subscription rates for their "service" even if you have no issues. Further, if you cancel, they don't just cancel your service, you are charged an unnecessary fee. Don't use them. Go to a local repair service.

Disappointed with Puls from start to finish
Puls initially scheduled our appointment but canceled at the last minute. They then sent someone else to complete the repair, which ended costing more than the original estimate. The technician also appeared to smell strongly of marijuana. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and would never recommend Puls.

Have a plane and make it work
The Service Man shows up, he checks it out, I decided that we needed a new dishwasher. He gets on his phone and I order it from Home Depot. He picks it up and installs it by the end of the day. He puts the old dishwasher in our garage to be picked up on Thursday.

The company tricked us into a $40/month…
The company tricked us into a $40/month "subscription." The guy did not mention this at all, so we were very surprised to see it on the bill. Doesn't this constitute fraud?

Our process requires the technician to fully explain any plan or recurring service and get your approval before it is added to your services. Based on your feedback, that did not happen here, and that is not the standard we hold ourselves to.
We have submitted an internal report regarding the technician’s conduct, and it is being reviewed for appropriate disciplinary action. We take this seriously and will look into it to resolve the issues you experienced.
