Just INCREDIBLE Service in a time where so many companies have let me down.

I have ordered many times from Pure Pens and every single time has been the best sales experience of my life. I have spent many hundreds of pounds with other companies and had nothing but issues and stock problems and just hassle from start to finish.

Pure Pens customer service is incredible! Quick email responses, always willing to go above and beyond to have my back when other companies have let me down.

Pure Pens is my GO TO for anything writing. Always will be.

I would give 10 stars if I could.

I wanted to do a follow up. Last time I wrote that I was waiting for a reminder when a certain ink came back in stock.

What happened, was I happened to email them... And they replied straight away with the great news that the ink was actually in stock, but hadn't been added to the website yet!

So I ordered it, and since then have gone on to order more pens and ink. This is my go-to supplier for any pen related inquiries now. I will be purchasing again... And again...

I got the chance to visit Pure Pen's office in Newport and had the best experience! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The owner was even kind enough to offer a discount on my Sailor pen :) I recently ordered a fountain pen cleaning pack, which is great value for money, and was delivered very quickly! Cannot recommend highly enough, you have a dedicated customer.

Great service from this company, excellent prices and free delivery. Love that everything is packed in recycled packaging and the company offset their carbon emissions by donating to the Woodland Trust.

I've made purchases from Pure Pens several times over the course of the past two or three years, and the service has always been perfect. The one time out of all the times I've used them there was a problem it was an honest mistake, and customer service were quick to respond to my e-mail and ship the correct item. Occasionally there have been sweets or freebies included with my orders, which never fails to put a smile on my face!

The service from Pure Pens was superb! I've ordered from them many times over the last few years and the items are sent out the same day as I ordered. Whenever I'm after a new pen they are always my first place to go.

I cannot praise the team enough for the service they provided when i was looking for a fountain pen and some ink.

The quality of the goods i received were brilliant and they arrived in good time.

I can't see myself buying pens or ink from anyone else going forward.

Really great service. The set arrived really quickly and I was impressed by how much care when into the packaging of the item to avoid postal damage as is sadly often the case with more hap hazard sellers. I will certainly be ordering from these guys again. 5 stars!

What a great, friendly company to deal with, I have bought many pens from them over the years, for all my family as the range offered is so vast.
I am a particular fan of their Twsbi range of pens and I am very pleased with my latest purchase. I would recommend this company to anyone and have done so many times.

Excellent service. Great range of products and a very easy to navigate website - found what I needed within minutes, and the price was competitive too. Ordered and received the next day - couldn't ask for better.

I wanted to order a pen that I had seen in Germany 1 year earlier. It was a Caran d'Ache. This was not an inexpensive pen...several £100's. I looked on several websites and I had found the pen by name, but it did not look like the pen I had seen. Before ordering I approached the company, asked several questions and sent them a picture of what I did not want. I was assured by someone with a BA Hons (they love putting such pretentious nonsense on their replies) that the pen they sold looked nothing like the picture of the pen I sent. On arrival I received the exact pen I did not want. I called the company and quite frankly the reply back, which was a half-hearted sorry was not good enough. They had ordered the pen from Caran d'Ache and had not bothered to check the pen against the picture I had sent. They simply sent it to me. If they had shown a modicum of care, they would not have sent a pen, which I had clearly stated I did not want. I could put a lot more about how I feel about dealing with this company. Days on I feel great anger towards a company that tells you each individual qualification the staff have, yet shows virtually no care in what they do. The owner of the abysmal company has an LLB and has a penchant for speaking down to you. Well just in keeping with your style, you were dealing with a customer who is thoroughly annoyed by your actions and none actions, by your lack of care and obvious arrogance. I have a BA Hons, MA, LLM and Candidate PhD. Trumps everything you said you had in all your correspondence. Arrogance gains you no points!

I specifically asked if the pen I did not want was the pen that was sold by the shop. I gave them the name, described the colour and even sent them a picture of the pen. I was assured that then pen in the picture I sent was not the pen they would send out. I quote directly from the correspondence

"Thank you for your order! I have now ordered this from our supplier, so this could arrive as early as tomorrow. As soon as it’s here, we will dispatch your order. With regard to the colour, the fountain pen is definitely the lighter blue. The Amazon listing is incorrect in terms of the colour, as it’s far too dark."

When it arrived I was asked to provide a photo of the pen. I received another email from this company apologising for sending the wrong pen and admitting they never looked at it. This is not a figment of my imagination. I then did some research as to what could have gone wrong. I discovered that the pen I had seen is no longer sold by Caran d'Ache. I was the one who relayed this information to the shop. I was the one who saved them money and stopped them sending another pen to me, as they had no real clue as to what I had received. When I spoke to the owner, who is the one who has the LLB after his name in every correspondence, he was rude and utterly arrogant. If anyone had made this complaint personal, it is you. I am utterly amazed by your selective memory, selective use of facts and the many bits you left out from your response. I hope anyone reading this can see the abysmal and dismissive way this shop ridicules customers that are not happy with the service or lack of, that they provide.

I'm from Asia, and I ordered some Diamine inks, a Noodler's and a Jinhao, and a two Rhodia notebooks for a friend in England. I wasn't sure where to get them from, but after reading some reviews I decided on Pure Pens.

Reasonable prices, a good selection of pens and inks, and wonderful service! Was also a lot more pleasant to browse their site because the prices displayed included tax, and they carried all the stuff I wanted to get.

Everything arrived in perfect condition, including the glass ink bottles, and they give you an option for a free gift and a donation to Samaritans when you're checking out. I was notified that it got shipped out about 11 hours after the order was placed, I'm guessing due to timezones. The package arrived 6 days later, shipment was probably affected by Coronavirus. They included a sample of Pendine Sands, and a leaflet for Samaritans.

With my order, I added a request for them to include a note with a little inside joke for the friend. They fulfilled the request, and even though I didn't get to hand write my own little note, it meant a lot that they did it for me :)

I've had 5 orders and received all in good time. Prices are competitive in the UK, and I've found to be friendlier than such like Cult Pens.
I'm basically writing this review because I was very happy with the suprise free gifts. It is very normal to get a free gift with every order. I've had a little pack of haribos with my first 4 orders, but this time, I received a sample of Pendine Sands, which has made me very happy. Your luck my vary.

Superb service and reasonable prices. Needed an exchange and the posted it out the same day, received the next.
Great selection of pens and inks with a very useful ink sample selection.

I got a new Twsbi Eco and received it in a timely manner with free postage and an impressive "surprise" sample inks. That was so exciting! Also standard amount of packaging that is recyclable!
Honestly, the hardest thing has been the wait. I will be back ;)

I had a minor issue with Pure Pens, because of refills for my Bulgari ballpoint. They have been particularly quick and decent in solving this matter. I can really recommend using them.

Very nice shopping experience. I would like to recommend this online shop for everyone who loves stationaries.

Their reply to being notified they had squeezed too many items into an envelope resulting in a curved notepad was "We are sorry to hear about this! After some time the notebook should naturally flatten. We will take note of this and try to avoid doing so with our future orders. I am sorry to have caused any disappointment, but I hope this helps!"
