**We used to actively use Trustpilot and encourage our customers to review us on it. We have now moved to Feefo. We are an online retailer of pens, pencils, notebooks, inks, refills and accessories. We have been selling stationery online since 2004 and have been quite knowledgable in what we do... some might even say pen experts! We can offer engraving, fountain pen nib customisation and servicing. We are also are one of only a handful of worldwide retailers of Noodler's Ink and TWSBI pens and are real specialists in Pelikan pens.

Very happy with my purchase
Ordered two Jinhao pens and three ink samples. I am very statisfied! The order came very quickly and all was in good order, and they also threw in some sweets as a present. I will definitely buy from them again!

Nibbler Creaper
I purchased the Nibbler Creaper for my son's birthday. The package arrived in plenty of time, the pen is excellent, and the instruction sheet was helpful. Love the ink colours and the reasonable sample prices. Excellent service, would use again.

I just received a small parcel of ink samples, which arrived promptly, and included a free sample ink as well.
The samples were of PurePens own inks, which are all gorgeous, and seem to last longer than other inks. Reasonably priced too.

I think I've found a new favourite shop.
I am so happy that I found this website. I needed a certain pen and a certain ink and I couldn't find a shop that sold them both (And even then, one of the items was pretty expensive) I managed to get it from here from a good price! It was delivered so quickly, I was very impressed. Even the quality of the mailer they send their items in was quality. I think I've found a new favourite shop.
