After visiting another physiotherapy clinic without success re a debilitating chronic muscular pain issue I had been dealing with for over a year, I began seeing Alice at the Raynes Park branch a few months ago.

From my first appointment, Alice quickly got to the root of my pain - which turned out to be more complex than previously diagnosed - and created a targeted stretching and exercise plan which was complemented with weekly sessions at the clinic. She also taught me a series of breathing techniques to help cope with the regular pain flare ups I had been experiencing, which, combined with Alice’s positive and reassuring outlook throughout my treatment, have been hugely helpful to me both physically and mentally.

In a short time, I have already seen a significant reduction in pain levels and I’m now getting back to doing activities I have not been able to do for over a year. I wish I had found Alice sooner!

I was ready to go into a shoulder surgery after trying physiotherapy elsewhere.

I found Doctor Michael Barton informed and very professional committed to the wellbeing of myself as an.individual with a tailored approach to my specific needs Doctor Barton used shock wave treatment to treat the pain in my hip which had failed to respond to other treatment with significant reduction in the previously experienced pain which had kept me awake at night The treatment by Dr Barton was supported by Jes Patel a physiotherapist at the clinic who used a range of exercise machines employed to treat my specific needs Jes was a constant source of encouragement The result was I looked forward to my weekly sessions with my ever reducing pain in my hip

My experience was first class. After 2 years of issues I was given a specific diagnosis (after many conflicting opinions), and then told my options in an understanding and empathetic way.

James is a very good practitioner and he sees things in a pragmatic and optimistic fashion which gives his patients confidence.

Physio advice didn't help my back pain at all after 5 weeks. After 2 appointments I wasn't given any exercises to help my neck pain which was one of the things I had mentioned. Frankly the explanation given around my pain didn't make any sense and goes against what I've had explained to me from multiple professionals in the areas well as from my research. I have had neck, upper and lower back pain. Essentially being told the pain just comes from my bones getting stiff and then muscles get stiff around it because of that with no further explanation which doesn't really make any sense or give me any explanation. It seemed to be implied that the issue occured due to lack of movement of the spine but at the time it got worse I was doing a lot of walking and yoga so I know it wasn't due to that. Also being told it has nothing to do with postural issues which I'm pretty sure is related to the problem. Also for £88 for half an hour it at the very high end of pricing I was expecting a lot more knowledge.

EDIT: Even though I was unhappy with the treatment, the company investigated & gave a partial refund which I think was fair. Changed from 1 star to 2 because of this.

I am a conductor and after having my ultra sound James confirmed my diagnosis. I then had an injection which offered immediate relief.
The whole process was supportive and efficient.
Extremely happy with the result

I went to Puresports medicine with lower back issues and was given Jordan as my physio. Jordan was very helpful looking at all aspects of the injury and looked after the physical and mental side of it.
He took his time with me and gave me stretches as well as strengthening exercises to help. 8 weeks later and all is fixed and I now have incorporated these into my routine.
10/10 would recommend Jordan to anyone!

Just returned from my appointment at their Kensington clinic. Lovely doctor, but I was totally naive concerning their charges which are indeed spelt out in their extensive t&cs.
The doctor used on site ultrasound to aid my diagnosis for which I was charged £300 on top of the £295 consultancy charge. So actually the cost of a consultation in this instance is £595.
Great if you can afford it or have private insurance but adding in the cost of a £105 boot, my consultation has cost over £700.
So just be fully aware that relieving the pain in your ankle will also cause a large pain in your wallet.

I can highly recommend Claire Park at Pure Sports Medicine at Chancery Lane. She helped me recover quickly from injury but what stood out was that she listened, remembered what I said, and actually cared.

Couldn’t recommend PSM Moorgate enough! I’ve been working with Matt Virden for nearly a year on two different injuries, and he has been absolutely fantastic. Matt is incredibly knowledgable, friendly and supportive - I have seen massive improvements in my injury and I’m recovering much more quickly than I thought I would. Dr JK has also been brilliant, he diagnosed my injury quickly and provided thorough treatment and support. Everyone who works here has always been incredibly friendly and the facilities are world-class.

Professional and effective. Staff are all friendly, approachable and most importantly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I was in London for a show for a limited period of time, and needed to get a recently repaired shoulder back into performance shape. Working twice a week with Charlie and Josh, and having soft tissue therapy once a week with Alex absolutely got me to a place where I no longer thought about my limitations and was able to work freely and without any pain. Very grateful for all the help and expertise I received to get to that place!

I received a glowing referral to Matthew Virden from my Rheumatologist; I completely understand why! Matthew’s knowledge is phenomenal. His ability to explain (what must be very complicated) studies, medical information (I have Ankylosing Spondylitis + a plethora of tendonitis complications) and how these correlate to physio exercises + recovery timelines, is unparalleled. I had given-up on complete rehabilitation; Matthew has restored my hope.

Mike Burdon has been my life saver for races on quite a few occasions now when I've overcooked something. A really lovely person but a consummate professional who is great at what he does. I would not go anywhere else and would highly recommend the whole team. Excellent service and knowledge.

Really happy I found this clinic! Jordan is a brilliant physiotherapist and I’ve already seen a marked difference in just a few sessions. He took the time to identify the issue and was very diligent in explaining it to me as well as the exercises that will help me get better. He’s clearly passionate about his work. The receptionist team is also great. Highly recommend!
