I was told by Chris that the buck would stop with him. I was also told that he would get me back on football pitch. I was then later told that they could do nothing more for me. This is absolutely destroyed my mental health.

I can’t fault my experience at Pure Sports Medicine with Dr. James Noake. I had been experiencing pain for 8 months and despite visits to physiotherapists and surgeons, I saw no improvement and had no diagnosis. I saw Dr. Noake at Pure who within just two short clinic sessions was very able to diagnose the source of my pain.

He showed incredible knowledge about my injury and really took the time to go above and beyond, making sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I understood all possible treatment options. He is clearly extremely good at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.

Pure médecine is top class !! I had a lot of issues with my neck and Jordan provided the necessary support and exercises to help ease my pain and deal with the issue.
After one month, the pain completely dissapeared.

I've been with Pure Sports after different injuries and the entire rehab process has been great each time. I couldn't recommend them more. My physiotherapist Andrew Goodall has been amazing and has always given me the support I needed. Physically of course, but also mentally whenever I hit a rough patch during the injury/surgery recovery. His expertise has helped me a lot and the really friendly and encouraging atmosphere is a huge factor to get back on your feet quickly and safely. It's also a place that is focussed on high-performance sports and they'll help you get to where YOU want to be and to achieve your individual goals, not just the average.
The whole team is superb and very helpful - and they all work together very effectively if further advice or help is needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I flew from Dublin, Ireland to the PSM clinic in London for a consultation with Dr James Noake as I was informed he was the "Gold Standard" of advanced sports medicine.

My physio believed I had a somewhat rare issue which Dr Noake could treat using advanced techniques which were not available in Ireland.

This was indeed the case, after a thorough examination Dr Noake treated me there and then (recognising the expense, both time and money for me to return to the clinic for treatment at a later date). I really appreciated this gesture and efficiency.

I am delighted to say, I believe the treatment was successful and I no longer have pain in my shin which was previously diagnosed as shinsplints/compartment syndrome but in-fact superficial peroneal nerve entrapment and for that I am grateful.

I have been under the care of Dr. James Noake - a Consultant in Sports and Exercise Medicine, whom has a special interest in groin / hip and other complex cases.

Dr. Noake has supported me on a complex multi-faceted groin injury, comprising adductor, pubic and inguinal related groin pain. James has been brilliant, and I'm extremely grateful for his help. His willingness to challenge others, take a broad but objective view, act quickly, and provide continuous support throughout the process are without doubt what got me through this, particularly given I faced some other health-related challenges during the journey.

Without his advice and connections in various disciplines I'm not sure where I would be - particularly after other consultants at other clinics closed the door in my face and dismissed my issue.

Dr. Noake is a real credit to Pure, and I'm thankful to my physio for recommending him in the first place.

I've been impressed with the whole multi-d service offering at Pure - I have used Sports and Exercise Medicine, Rheumatology and Physiotherapy services. My impressions are they are a big enough outfit to cover all the bases/disciplines, but small enough to have a personal approach to patient care.

I'm more than happy to make the commute up from Portsmouth to London to visit their clinics - the service makes it worth it.

5 Star Experience working with Jack Bain! His professionalism, expertise, and follow through always left me impressed. I worked with Jack for over a year while he helped me first recover from a traumatic shoulder injury, and then furthermore helped me to increase my strength, mobility, and flexibility in my back. I don't know where I would be without him. Highly recommend. He's a top notch Physio through and through!

Jordan was excellent in providing the best rehab for my torn quad muscle suffered while playing football. He provided a great plan and an accurate date for return to action. He was helpful throughout and provided expert advice on how I would be able to recover as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Jordan for the best results.

Thanks to Sam, I have made a better than expected recovery from an elbow and achilles injury. He has helped restore the maximum movement and strength that I could have hoped for. Sessions are focused yet fun and he is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Worked with Jack on a shoulder injury for 2 months.

Had a consultation with their rheumatologist Rhodri and although my case is quite complicated he explained a number of options and recommendations with great detail and clarity. Has been really responsive on any queries I’ve sent since, highly recommended!

I met Dr. Rhodri Phillip OBE (Consultant Rheumatologist) in the first few weeks of the New Year 2022 at the St. Paul's Pure Sports Medicine Centre. I chose the clinic due to ease of access from East London as well as a useable online booking tool with booking dates and times available to select to fit my schedule.

I was impressed by Dr. Phillip's ability to listen to all of the details of the symptoms I have been experiencing for quite some time. He was able to go through an extensive medical history while asking questions and making notes with ease. He looked at the tiny details of my hands and fingernails and joints as well as my toes. He as able to read and interpret my previous MRI scans and lab work as well as previous consultants with the spinal team while completing the assessment.

He really spent considerable time listening to me. He allowed me to ask questions. We went over time, but he also allowed me to stay and feel comfortable with what we discussed.

I really appreciated that he gave me his email address to ask questions post consultation. That really helped put me at ease with dealing with a new condition.

Also, he was open to the fact that I may consider treatment under the NHS as my insurance provider may not cover that. I found that very professional as he was clearly interested in me getting the correct treatment either privately or through the NHS. I really felt lucky to have made the decision to meet with him after he discussed the treatment options in such an honest and impartial manner.

He sent me a letter within 5 days of consultation via email and arranged xrays right away. We have had numerous emails that provided more information about my treatment and plan. Again, this was all handled in an impartial way of which route of treatment I choose.

The consultation and help me provided me has aided in making healthcare decisions and making plans in my life. I now how have a diagnosis and a platform of knowledge about the condition to improve my life.
