I have been incredibly impressed with the level of care at the Threadneedle Street clinic. Miranda Mason was able to provide me with detailed feedback into my injury and the probable causes. She understood my desire to get back to fitness in time for a marathon in April and went above and beyond in writing a return to running fitness programme with a view of to me completing this marathon at my desired pace. This was on top of the rehabilitation programme that she wrote for me to help build the strength back in my hip. On the two occasions I was treated, I received a lengthy follow up email the same day to ensure I understood what was required on my side.

Having previously played professional sport, I have spent a lot of time on the physio table, but I can safely say Miranda was the most charismatic and helpful physio I have seen.

You leave her sessions feeling motivated to do your rehab and I have already started to see improvements in my injury thanks to her treatments.

The clinic also has access to some of the best rehab facilities I have seen, and this is in the heart of the City.

Pure Sports has been a game changer since I started using their Bank branch around four years ago. I previously rotated between three different sports therapists at different sports clubs however since I stated treatment with Alex she is now my only port of call. Alex supersedes any other Sports Therapist I have used over my time as an athlete. Alex understands how a sporting body works & knows the correct techniques to apply regardless of how rigorous & intense your sporting program may be. Excellent service from Pure Sports Medicine Bank, who treated my knee injury which I sustained while running. I was in the very capable hands of Charlie Goodchild - he provided a fantastic gym programme that had be back running ahead of schedule. He's an excellent physio and explained everything so well. I have been working with Matt intensively for several months following a diagnosis of Axial Spondyloarthritis.

I've found Matt to be kind, caring and highly intuitive. He considered my long and complex case history in it's totality, listening carefully and responding thoughtfully. For me, this quickly engendered a confidence in him which has led to a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship in which I've found myself all the more receptive to healing.

Matt's underpins this with his incisive scientific knowledge and experience. The exercises he's taught me as part of the dynamic rehabilitation program he's devised, have targeted and relieved pain centres with uncanny accuracy, often with remakable results and where setbacks inevitably occur, he explains with calm re-assurance so the path ahead is again clear.

It's been a delight to find and work with such a talented, intuitive and collaborative physician in Matt whose postitive energy and confidence have very much carried me through the sometimes hard and ongoing work of long term, physical rehabilitation. After years of pain, Matt's outstanding work has fundamentally changed for the better my confidence and outlook for my future. I'm indebted to him and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Michael Robson saw me over the course of a year pre and post surgery for a meniscus tear in my knee. His advice was incredibly helpful when assessing the need for surgery. He did a phenomenal job (throughout the pandemic and lockdowns) ensuring I had sufficient muscle strength to mitigate any atrophy post-surgery and that alongside the excellent tailored rehab program allowed me to be able to fully recover within 6 months to be able to play football again. I would highly recommend him and the facilities at St Paul's especially if you're suffering from knee issues.

Pure Sport Medicine is my to go place for physio. Sam, the Group Clinic Director, proved to be outstanding in positively resolving a shoulder dislocation: came back for some additional successful treatments at by back/neck.
Aside for the outstanding clinical skills, the team is courteous, polite and extremely efficient: bookings and communication are easy and effective.
Facilities are state of the art, new and extremely clean giving further reassurance in those times of uncertainty

I came in due to a trapped nerve, causing severe weakness in my arm. My physio, Jordan Smitham, was great. He guided me through various exercises, initially to help release the nerve and then to build up the strength. After a few months, I have now recovered to a strength level even higher than my previous 'normal', thanks to the exercises and method of training.
The Pure team overall were very helpful. Due to the nature of my injury, there were some initial concerns about my recovery and whether I would require surgery, but they made all the necessary referrals, explaining clearly and alleviating any worries I may have.

I was treated by Jessica Patel for an elbow tendon problem and she was absolutely brilliant, both over video calls and in person. She always knew the right exercise for me, and really helped when I was struggling to make any progress at the start. Pure has a great set up, and it really helps that they have in-house S&C coaches who can liaise with the physios when drawing up ‘return to play’ programmes. Jessica was really good at bringing this to my attention and helping me set it up.

I've been seeing Dan Jacobs for soft tissue work for many months now and have nothing but praise for this man. Exceptional skills and knowledge with a professional manner. Goes above and beyond!

Claire has been very helpful and patient in providing treatment and rehab for a lower back sprain. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to really talk through the mechanics of your injury and recovery. The reception team are also very polite and helpful.

I have been seeing Luke Walker, physiotherapist at Pure Sports Medicine Kensington, regarding a lower back injury that had given me recurring, significant lower back pain for a long period of time.

In my initial consultation with Luke, we set a number of goals in relation to improving my situation. This included being able to sit in a car for long trips, picking up heavy things, and returning to various sports such as football and rowing. Previously, activities like these would often cause me a lot of pain, occasionally causing injury flare-ups that would make me incapable of performing simple movements for several days.

After seeing Luke for some time, my back pain was eliminated and I now have no issues whatsoever doing any of the aforementioned activities, and my back has generally been feeling great for many months.

Luke is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and the best physiotherapist I have worked with. I would highly recommend him and Pure Sports Medicine.

I have been working with Luke Walker since Late 2020, after a number of musculoskeletal issues. I had problems with both of my knees, my back, and my shoulders. After having double knee surgery in November 2020, I started a course of physiotherapy. With all of the gyms being closed, with it being lockdown. Luke worked closely with my to enable that I had a solid exercise routine at home, which we worked on during our in person sessions.

Working alongside Luke has been a absolute joy. He works alongside you to make sure that you are doing the right movements and exercises to ensure that you are reaching YOUR goals. Not only that, he genuinely cares about your improvement, and it's been enjoyable to share my breakthroughs and improvements with him. Our in person sessions have at times been very tough, but the process has been gradual, and my progress has continued the entire way. From being able to not walk without pain, when I had my first session, I sprinted for the first time in over 3 years, at one of my most recent sessions.

I couldn't recommend him highly enough, and would be confident in saying that he will be able to assist with any needs!

My treatment with Felix has been really really positive! He's very knowledgable, professional and has provided a holistic view and approach to the back pain I've been experiencing. It's only been 4 weeks since I first began our treatment plan but I'm already seeing very encouraging and promising results! Highly recommend :)

Jordan worked on my tennis elbow that has been bugging me for months . In the course of 5 weeks he managed to help me get my grip strength up to nearly double and the pain i have been experiencing has gone down drastically

I have been going to Pure Sports Medicine for some time and have found it to be a top class practice. Aisling recently provided physio on a bit of instability in my leg / knee which I was noticing while running. She put a structured exercise programme in place and has helped to solve the problem and also improve my approach to running to avoid future issues. Highly recommended.

I received top class care from Sean Towers and the team at Pure Sports - helped me recover from two slip discs in my back to a point where my back was stronger than before the injury. Sean's treatment was very effective and adapted to my needs / schedule, and he went above and beyond to help get me running again. Highly recommended

With sports injuries being an inevitable part of doing sports, I'd been to plenty of physios before stumbling across PureSports many years ago. Their integrated approach was a revelation - having Drs, Physios and the Strength & Conditioning team not only in one place but also all reading from the same playbook, significantly improved diagnosis and rehab.

Well worth singling out Dean on the Strength & Condition side - his programs, both in terms of rehab, prehab and performance are always well thought out, provide measurable gains and quite simply work. Runners rarely want to spend time in the gym, but Dean's programs, with progressive loading tailored around target races, have paid significant dividends. He's also managed the transition to remote coaching in these unusual COVID times very effectively - virtual coaching using a phone on a tripod and a video call is perilously close to being there in the gym with him. Except he can't put more weights on the bar...
