I loved the first one I bought a few years ago but this one blows that out of the water. The scaling and proportions are much better this time. So much so I was contemplating redoing the first portrait but they don’t do that costume anymore along with quite a few others.

I’m super happy with my 9 year old chocolate lab Cookies pet portrait. He’s immortalised as The Baron and his picture is taking pride of place in my hall. Only one thing, I could have done with a slightly brighter background as the brown is a bit lost in the dark background. Other than that 10/10.

seems like shipping takes forever fispatched 9/28 then shipped on the 6th of october.

We are quite disappointed with this picture.
We purchased a pet portrait years ago that we were absolutely thrilled with. Before printing it, your company sent us a proof to review- it was excellent and the framed the result. We expected a review with this purchase, but what was sent was the original draft. This picture has a blue cloak, not the red from the sample. The picture features tri-color front paws, not her white paws from her photograph. These issues could have been easily fixed if we had been offered a chance at review. This was a substantial amount of money spent for a picture that will not be displayed- it is very disappointing.

Really good experience with this company. I had a minor problem with order which was sorted promptly. My portrait exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this company.

Delivery got lost in the post but customer service were fab and they managed to get another one to me in 24hrs ready to gift for my parents anniversary - highly recommend x

I have ordered from this company before and was extremely happy with my purchase, as was the recipient! Definitely a 5* experience!! When I wanted another picture for a gift for my other daughter I didn’t hesitate to come back to this company. My reason for giving a 4* and not 5* on this occasion is because my first purchase with them was a picture on canvas and I was thrilled with how it turned out. When purchasing my second picture I again wanted it on canvas rather than framed. I admit I am not the most tech savvy person there is, but I simply could not find an option for canvas when ordering. I sent an email to the company asking if they still did canvas and didn’t receive a reply. I sent a second email, still no reply! I found them on Facebook and sent a message, still no response!! In the end as the birthday was looming I decided to order the picture framed. Picture was fabulous and my daughter was absolutely over the moon, but I still much preferred the canvas picture. It wouldn’t stop me from ordering from this company again as everything else is great, but think they need to sort out the customer service and then in my opinion they would be perfect!

Didn’t receive the frames. Sent two messages and didn’t get a reply. Sent another and was told franes would be sent. I asked for a refund as I as bought frames because I hadn’t had a reply. No reply to that. Going to be fuming if I receive franes and not a refund

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Despite my not being able to take a great picture of my cat, they managed to (yet again) produce a gorgeous portrait. This is my second time ordering from them and I am just as delighted as I was with my first order years ago. This is a company that improves with time.
