Leon and his team have communicated really well between us, the purchaser and legal parties which has made the sale of the property go smoothly and reduced levels of stress associated with the process. We have used them for both property purchase and property sale and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I have had my time wasted by Becca Ogle who appears no to know what she is talking about regarding Business insurance cover. I was told by her my insurance was 'Perfect" then apparently not.... Even though we work with Norfolk county council and Essex university with it....

The staff at pymm & co are fantastic! Especially kat, she did our house inspection today, she is super friendly & listened clearly to everything I said taking note of any issues. We chatted like friends for ages. Put me at ease in what could have been just a formal experience.

They did not answer my questions and simply replied saying to call them and did not sign the email with their name.
I did an email enquiry because I wanted a written response. If I wanted to talk on the phone I would have called.

I disliked being called “darling” on the phone, by Tia. It was my first ever call to this office and I have never spoken to this lady before so I was rather taken aback to be addressed in this way.
I didn’t like it and hopefully this lady will take my feedback onboard and not speak to total strangers in this familiar fashion in future.

Our experience with Mel was excellent. She made every step seamless and completely straightforward for us. Such a stress free experience can’t recommend Pymm and Co enough
