we went to view the house, asked for a application form. never got given one or emailed one. emailed later that night asking to go through with tenancy, called in the morning said they’d send it over and then it’s now gone.

I have just completed a renovation of my property prior to a new letting. Pymm & Co Ltd staff are excellent at finding and recommending contractors to complete the necessary works. As an overseas landlord I really appreciate how helpful all their staff are from director, property managers, surveyors and accounting. They all act promptly and correspond efficiently. Well done all of you keep up the good work.

Melanie was amazing! The landlord on the original house that I was letting changed his mind last minute leaving me without accommodation. Mel went above and beyond to find me another house last minute and get the contracts all through in minimal time. I particularly want to commend the agent Tia at the Norwich branch, who has been very helpful and understanding throughout the difficult (and at times stressful) process of finding a new home in Norwich. The team has a more personal approach compared to other agencies and is quick to let you know if there is a property that might align with your profile. 5* easily given!
