We joined QCS in February 2025 and the service and support has been great. They supported us in the initial set up and have been only an email away when we have needed support since. Very good system and support in keeping us up to date and compliant.
I needed some historical information dating back to October 2021, and Becky was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was absolutely brilliant—efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. A brilliant service, I would recommend QCS to any care home setting. The support they provide is efficient and helpful.
The help team reached out to me after a few days to establish if the error I was experiencing was fixed. I highly appreciated this as it meant I didn't have to set time aside to chase them. After a short time they had fixed it completely which was great.
Welcoming introduction and open conversation to allow feedback. This company and the staff are providing valuable service to allow staff and care agencies access to useful reading material. There is quite a few features which at times seem challenging to navigate for example the reading lists for staff.
Make themselves known when it comes to taking payment but for rest of year I would like account manager etc to touch base instead of having to get in touch with customer service.
