Avoid people with nasty cancellation tactics.

My contract is due to be renewed on the 30th July 2026 for my company.I gave my cancellation e mail to them and are due to begin with a new provider on the 1st August. They have called me none stop, then tried to automatically renew me, then I needed to print off a form for a back to work only to find my account has stopped me from printing off documents from the system I may need to use before the end of my paid subscription.Avoid these very nasty tactics.

Easy to use

Easy to use, huge help with workplace compliance and response team for any help are really fast and efficient.

Policies can be hard to find.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find polices and procedures because precise wording needs to be used which isn't always obvious (e.g. 'Incident Response Policy'). However, when I emailed for help I got a quick response with what I was looking for attached.

Based on my experience I would not recomend QCS

I recently set up an account with QCS primarily to generate compliance policies for my CQC registration application. Upon receiving the documents, I discovered that all policies had been generated using an incorrect company name — not my own.
Whilst QCS did rectify the issue once it was reported, the explanation given was simply an "unexpected system error." What was not acknowledged was the significant amount of time I spent manually correcting the company name across every single compliance policy — a time-consuming and frustrating process that should never have fallen to me as the customer.
An apology was received, however no offer of reimbursement or compensation for my time was made, which I found disappointing given the scale of the inconvenience caused.
For businesses relying on these documents for regulatory applications, accuracy is not optional — it is essential. I would not recommend QCS based on my experience.

Following a request to update your company name after your account had been created, a system issue prevented that change from being reflected correctly on your policy documents. Whilst we were able to resolve this promptly once it was reported, we fully appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this caused, particularly when you were working towards your CQC registration.

We've since investigated the root cause and raised a development fix to prevent this from happening again.

I have used QCS while managing several care homes. The ability to have regularly update and expert policies, with additional resources is key for staff development and for the safety of the residents. We use the audit platform to monitor and review our governance of the homes. I have found the responsiveness of the customer support team excellent.

Professional, User-Friendly, and Always Up to Date

I highly recommend Quality Compliance Systems (QCS). The system is excellent, easy to use, and always kept up to date. One of the IPC nurses I worked with even commented, "Oh, you're using QCS? That's really good – they are always up to date." This external professional recognition gave me additional confidence in the service.

QCS provides timely notifications when training is due and when policies have been updated, helping us remain compliant and informed at all times. The system is well organised and makes it easy to access the information we need.

The customer service team is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Whenever assistance is needed, they are happy to guide users through the system and explain how to use its features effectively.

Overall, QCS is a reliable and valuable compliance management system that supports organisations in maintaining high standards and staying up to date with regulatory requirements.

Swift, Warm, Professional

Danielle was swift, warm and professional in her communication with me regarding an issue on the platform. The issue was resolved in no time at all and the affected staff member was able to regain usual use of their account.
