Quality Water Treatment provided us with top notch customer service! Through multiple phone calls and emails, Kristine patiently helped us make the right purchase for our home. We're very satisfied with our Softpro water filter and softener system. it works great and we are so glad to have soft water again! Would definitely recommend them!

We bought a new water filter and softener from quality water. We had the system installed for about a month and super happy happy with the improvement with our water. Mark the sales guy was very helpful and I told him it would even make a review, he was that good. We had an issue with a water and Mark tool the time to analyze and make a few recommendations. We ultimately got the Softpro and glad we did. Definitely recommend quality water!

Patient and Knowledgeable team
The team at Quality Water Treatment was knowledgeable and patient. Kristine endured multiple phone calls with emails In-between helping my wife and I decide what system we ultimately wanted to purchase.
We’re very happy with our experience and purchase. The system works great - we are glad to have soft water again after our old softener died.

Fraud company,made a purchase about a month ago, everything day they are saying they are shipping tomorrow, I am done it's 1.5 month since I ordered I am done going to report my credit card company.

Great Product, Great Service!
I ordered the softpro Elite from Quality Water Treatment. There was a shipping delay I guess due to the warehouse being short staffed but they were honest and communicated with me about why there was a delay, I appreciated that; communication is key in today's market. I've had it installed for a few weeks now and I love this system! Jeremy and Rhea were awesome in helping me with any installation questions I had. I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Purchased $2000 from QWT
Purchased $2000 worth of water treatment systems from QWT. When plumber began replacing my old systems, he discovered that major parts of the new QWT systems were missing and others broken. QWT took almost a week to ship replacement parts. Their customer service department seemed not to care that my house had no drinkable water during that period and thought that their service was just fine.
