Phone arrived within 24 hours of placement of order. It does indeed look and perform as new. Well packaged and came with earphones, SIM card tool, in addition to charging cable and plug. Cheapest 'as new' S9 that I could find. Also swayed by the fact that this company deals only in 'as new' refurbished phones.

The phone was in excellent condition. No marks or scratches. Came with cable and plug. Also a set of headphones which was a nice surprise. I would definitely use this company again.

Dodgy refurbished phone
I bought a refurbished phone from here that was sold as "work and look like new". When I started setting the phone up I realised something seemed wrong with the screen, it seemed much more raised than it should be, so I borrowed the same model phone off someone else to compare and it was very obvious the phone that I was sold by QwikFone had had a dodgy screen replacement, it stuck out about 2mm more than it should have done which not only looked weird it meant that normal phone cases didn't surround the screen properly enough to protect it. Upon raising a complaint the responses were rude and unhelpful, I eventually had to threaten a chargeback on my card to get them to resolve things and finally get a refund.

We have booked you a collection to make the return process as easy as could be. You were still under your warranty period, therefore, we had no reason to reject your return request and a chargeback would not be necessary in this case.
We also apologise we were unable to provide you with a replacement as per your request, however, we did not have this particular model available anymore. Please also note, that we cannot send a replacement before sending the previous device and this is explained in our return policy.

Apple devices shouldn't get fixed at Apple
I had a dead 2019 MacBook Pro that couldn't boot or charge. I was very anxious because my spring term starts in 6 days. It will be torture if I don't have a working computer for the computing course.
Later, I sent it immediately to an Apple Store, and the member of staff said I had to repair the motherboard which costs 557 pounds. They also guaranteed that all my data will be lost, and they were not responsible for data recovery. So I was then looking for a data recovery service. When I called them, they said MacBook is more secure and tricky, so it needs up to 4000 pounds to recover. Of course, I refused.
After I came back to the dorm, my friend reminds me there is a place to get the cell phones and computer kinds of stuff fixed. Finally, they fixed my MacBook in 40 pounds with all of my files saved.
P.S. Apple still made 150 pounds off me for the backup hard disk though. 😅

Trustworthy and reasonably priced repairs
Took my MacBook Air in with some damage to the battery, even before they opened and had great customer service. Was fixed by the afternoon the same day for a very reasonable price by Ivo, who was very genuine and explained exactly what the issue was. Would 100% recommend
