on the camera app one of the cameras does not work so when i want to zoom in 2x it comes with a white blank screen. Also the camera app doesn't let the flash work. Seen as thought i payed full price to be good quality i would like some of my money back

iPhone didn’t last long
I am following up with a revised review after my first review after buying that was a higher rating. The iPhone X (in “like new” condition) broke within a year of buying. The screen started to come away from the main phone (which made me think it was a replacement screen so surprised the phone was in “as new” condition) and I contacted to let them know. The only option I was given was to post the phone in for a repair that would take at least 3 working days until returned. I did not have a spare phone - so it meant I would be without a phone for up to a week. I use this phone for work so that’s not an option. I was told to borrow a phone from someone, I was not able to do this either. In the end, the phone screen broke entirely and I had to replace the phone (using a different company). Because of this experience, I’m unlikely to use this company again.

Please note, that we do have clear policies on our website and according to them, we do not provide replacement devices for the time when the phones are being repaired. Please note, that if our policy would state that we provide the temporary devices once the purchased device is being repaired, we would definitely do so.
Please also note, that we have not heard from you since July 2022, therefore, there has not been much we could actually do to assist you.

Really bad platform
Really bad platform. Tried twice to purchase a phone and got declined automatically. Called up and was told nothing can be done, even offered to walk in and pay upfront — nope. Only online. Okay, I understand that, but then I was given no support with how to proceed. Nothing wrong with the staff who answered the call, just that no one seemed to know how to get it to work, and there was no service desk or anything. Oh well. Found it cheaper and better quality elsewhere anyway.

Problems quickly sorted.
A problem developed with my lovely s8 phone. Arranged to buy newer model from them, so could transfer more easily to new one. That done, sent old one back. Quickly examined and determined not repairable so refunded.
All quickly done with excellent communications and minimum hassle.

I ordered a "like new" phone in the…
I ordered a "like new" phone in the late afternoon and it arrived the day after.
The phone is great, it doesn't have any visible scratches, the system works very smoothly and the battery lasts for a whole day.
Additionally, beforehand I was given helpful advice from a super a available staff.
The only thing I would comment on, after my purchase I emailed the company for asking whether the earphones were included and I didn't receive any reply. (The earphones are not included in the box btw).
Great and trustworthy company overall!
